Ease to use, beautiful design. They do a great job on putting the end user in mind at the start. Cons It is costly. The biggest con is the cost, especially with as many free or cheap tools there are. The data exports drop cleanly into our risk matrices, clients actually finish the forms we send, and I'm not manually reformatting responses anymore. Worth every dollar when your reputation depends on thorough intake without looking bureaucratic. Pros When you're collecting risk data from clients who barely have time for a call, conditional logic is really what saves you. The questions branch based on their industry and profile, so a manufacturing client never has to look at insurance questions meant for tech startups. Forms that used to take thirty minutes are done in twelve now. Cons You can't duplicate conditional logic blocks between forms, so when I built our vendor screening questionnaire I had to rebuild the same branching structure from scratch. For a small fashion business that needs actual customer input before cutting fabric, the math works. I'd buy it again tomorrow. Pros We collect sizing feedback and style preferences before production runs. Our response rate jumped from 11% with email surveys to 64% with Typeform, that’s 6x more data on what our customers actually want, which has honestly saved us so much time. The one-question-at-a-time format works great on phones. This is huge since 73% of our customers fill these out on mobile. Cons The free plan caps you at 10 questions, which forced us to upgrade faster than I wanted. Video uploads would help for custom design requests, but right now we're stuck with image-only. We've been using Typeform for a couple years on multiple different platforms. It's a solid product. Pros The integrations are good, we use them a lot. We use integrations with Meta, Google, and also Make. They've been really solid. Cons Sometimes some of the responsive behavior isn't as it should be. I tried multiple integrations embedding in WordPress sites, and it's not that they don't work. It's just that some of the custom integrations sometimes don't behave as they should, but they still do work. Pros I enjoy the fact that it is very easy to customize questions, create logic jumps and use a single link that can open something on a mobile phone when customers stand near to their cars. Cons I do not like that complicated structures are slow to edit and I am always conscious of response limits in case I exceed a limit in the middle of the campaign. User interface is clean and quick to figure out when you first use the platform. Cons Complex logic routing can get very difficult and take time to program. Cons Couldn't change font size or have a flow within the beginning and end that would allow me to customize the look and feel of the paragraph.
