I think it is one of the strongest tools out there when it comes to creating forms that are not only functional, but also visually appealing and aligned with a more elevated brand experience. It is intuitive to use, the forms look beautiful, and the final result feels much more engaging for the person filling it out. That said, there are some limitations in terms of customization and layout that can be frustrating when you want more flexibility. In particular, the inability to place two questions on the same screen makes some flows feel less streamlined than they could be. Even so, my overall impression is very good, and I see it as a strong platform for anyone who cares about both design and user experience. Pros What I liked most about Typeform is the beauty of the forms and the overall design experience. The interface feels clean, modern, and very well thought out, which makes the forms much more engaging than traditional ones. It has a more premium and polished feel, and that really matters when you want the form to reflect your brand well. For me, Typeform stands out because it turns something usually quite functional and basic into something much more aesthetic and pleasant to interact with. Cons What I liked least is the lack of flexibility in the layout, especially the fact that I cannot place two questions on one screen. In some cases, that would make the experience more efficient and natural, particularly when the questions are short or closely related. Having to separate everything into individual screens can sometimes make the form feel longer than it needs to be. While I understand that this is part of Typeform’s style, I would really value having a bit more control over the structure and pacing of the form. Ease to use, beautiful design. They do a great job on putting the end user in mind at the start. Cons It is costly. The biggest con is the cost, especially with as many free or cheap tools there are. It scales up and down so easily. Pros Typeform is so simple and easy to use for all types of surveys and data collection. The UX is clean and simple for the customers. Cons Customizing the templates can be a tad cumbersome but luckily most templates are nice-looking and functional "out of the box." It would just be nice to have an easy way to customize to better reflect my brand. March 26, 2026 5.0 A great experience, it works fast and looks slick. We used to gather case studies through a word document so this is leaps ahead. Pros An excellent tool for getting customer feedback. Packed with features, and great value for money. We use it across the business for multiple data capture reasons. Cons It would be nice if we could do more with the design aspect. You can customise the forms, but its not as customizable as I as a marketeer would like! December 11, 2025 5.0 In sum, Typeform has assisted me in transforming random phone calls into online applications, thus I qualify auto transport leads in a shorter time and do not need to miss key car details. Pros I enjoy the fact that it is very easy to customize questions, create logic jumps and use a single link that can open something on a mobile phone when customers stand near to their cars. Cons I do not like that complicated structures are slow to edit and I am always conscious of response limits in case I exceed a limit in the middle of the campaign. It has great features and a great layout. Unfortunately, you are extremely limited in what you can do with the platform without a paid subscription. Pros Type form is a decent platform for creating surveys and polls for audience members but requires a paid plan for use of the actual useful features they offer. Cons I Disliked that you are limited in responses, forms, and personalization of forms if you do not have a paid plan. Type form management of forms is not mobile friendly.
