It is a beautiful way to capture information from people. It makes inputting information interactive, not boring and time-consuming. Customization is easy, and there are multiple ways to share your Typeform once you build it (embed it, create your own Typeform page, etc) What I loved best is that you could test the "pro" version out before buying AND you didn't need to start over. You can start on the free version, then upgrade to the pro version for free to try it out, and not have to spend time re-creating your content. Typeform duplicates your content for you and allows you to see what you could do to your Typeforms if you used the pro version. Super helpful. Customer support is great via email, Very professional and kind :) Cons No cons. The learning curve is easy, there are tons of Typeforms you can view beforehand for inspiration. There's really nothing not to like. December 1, 2018 5.0 Data organization and visualization, as well as it's integration with custom API and software was the best that could happen to many use cases on my company and also personal side projects. Custom design ability it's also amazing. Pros Both the overall form admin and form user experience is amazing. From the design to the interaction, it's really outstanding on the market. Form building it's a breeze and any user filling it will have an awesome and professional looking experience. Cons Although it has lots of integration API features, some block fields could be even more flexible and programmable, such as making a logic condition to check if the user is adult or still a child based on birth date. Price tiers should be diversified allowing less use cases for cheaper. Cons Sometimes the forms don't embed well on Wordpress, and some of the tracking and filtering of past forms is not intuitive. It is user-friendly and allows for many forms of questions to get valuable feedback from your customers. I've used Typeform to create multiple surveys and it has worked out well for our company. I also enjoy that you can design your surveys to fit your brand, so you customer knows the survey is coming directly from you. The interface makes it extremely easy for submitters to navigate which helps overall submissions. Pros Typeform is an extremely easy to use survey software that creates an amazing looking clean finished product. I like the ability to customize the images, colors, fonts, and almost everything about your survey. It also has great reporting that shows you stats on every submission. Pros Everything about it is easy to use - it's easy to sign up, easy to get started, easy to create forms, easy to get the data. The forms look great and the user experience of interacting with them is smooth. Cons The forms produced are not accessible to users using screen readers to access the internet - so if your site needs to be accessible to everyone, you can't use Typeform. Additionally, the company has been aware of the issue since at least February 2016 , according to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] - and still have no plans to fix the problem as of 2020. Reason for choosing Typeform Initially we chose Typeform because of the ease of use and the nice interface - but it was due to that interface that we ultimately were not able to continue using it. Pros What I liked the most was the easy way to create the forms and the different options to add to the questions. The most fabulous option is to mark some questions as mandatory, so the user cannot proceed if the question has not been answered. Cons What I think that could be improved is the way to access easily to the link of the form. Right now it's impossible to get the link very fast. It is the best I've seen in the forms market. Cons The price was way too unaffordable especially for an aspiring one person business owner, so I just use it for personal uses like wedding RSVPs. If they could make it more affordable for students, aspiring business owners, etc, I'll be happy to sign up! Till now I have spend more and more time to understand type form better and even considered paying in the future. However now having only 100 Responses before I pay, I won't be even able to calculate Stat Sig results from one type form to another to proof the value first. This basically forces me to chose another provider like google forms or Mailchimp forms because I am not able to test the value first before I can start spending on the Typeform which I love.
