The volume of survey responses is always significant when using typeform Pros The ux is great and makes the survey completion experience for customers easy and enjoyable. It’s also one of the few survey options that provides monthly billing and not annual. Pros What I like with Typeform is that it's more or less a MailChimp for forms: you don't need coding skills at all to make a form and to send it. Also, you can extract data very easily in a .pdf document, and you have an exact idea of the time used by the interviewed people to complete the survey. Cons The biggest problem I had is that you don't have an automated way to contact again all the people who did not answer or did not complete the survey at the first email sent. Also, the interface could be a bit more user-friendly (it's quite archaic, you can't drag and drop buttons...). Review Source Ahmed ali K. I love that you can associate a survey answer with an image to make the survey more inviting and user friendly. I also love how each response has a unique identifier to better analyze the survey data Cons I haven't encountered any issues with Typeform when using it for Surveys. I know my organization has used this for a work order form and when i filled this out as a user, there was one time that I wasn't able to submit the form as I had apparently not completed each required field and it was a challenge for me to tell which field it was that I had left blank Review Source SG Seb G. Normal survey tools are boring, and my clients zone out after a few minutes. Emails are unreliable, as they often get lost in the noise. I tried out Typeform, and have had great success. Pros \- One question at a time keeps my clients focussed, so I get the information I need - Clients love the design, so they're more likely to fill it in - Features like Logic Jump and Hidden Fields help keep my form to the point Cons It would be great to be able to take payments using a Typeform, but I can't do that just yet. Now Typeform collects and analyzes all the data for us automatically. Amazing product. It has been an invaluable asset to our organization over the past year. Pros Great features. Easy to use interface. You don't have to have any training to use this platform. Anyone can create a survey and send it out and collect the results with ease. Cons Nothing. We love Typeform.
