It's a great platform for those who want more of a streamlined, no fuss form-making experience. Cons On the other side it does not offer such robust features as some other platforms, so depending on your needs that could be a drawback. It's so simple to set up a survey, and the user experience is so much better than other tools. We found our conversion rates (# of competed surveys) skyrocketed when we switched to Typeform. Cons The only con I've found is that you don't have a ton of options for things like embedding a survey into a page or email. If you have some basic developer skills though you can manage. October 3, 2017 5.0 We can create a more interactive experience for our site visitors and gather information with ease. Pros Typeform is very, very easy to use. We don't need help from the design team to make good-looking surveys and forms. I like that we can embed the tool right into our existing landing pages, rather than sending them to an external site so we can control the user experience 100%. I also really like the personalized aspect of it, where we can pull in the user's answers for later questions - that is something that we've found lacking in other, more expensive software systems of a similar type. And it's very cost-effective which is the cherry on top. Cons I don't love the 'results' view. I would really like to see more data analysis features/aggregated results rather than having them all listed individually. There is the option to export to Excel and do it yourself, but I'd really be happiest to have analytics tools (like in SurveyMonkey) right in the browser and easily usable/accessible. Pros Typeform makes the most beautiful forms -- they look great and they're actually pretty fun to fill out. The interface is intuitive and it's easy to build a form with different types of questions using their pre-made blocks. You can also make conditional forms (i.e., only show some questions if other questions were answered a certain way). Cons For the most part, Typeform is very simple. I did struggle a little with the conditional forms at first, but eventually got it. I also wish it was possible to customize/brand a little further than font color/style and adding images.
