Pros I really like the look of the surveys and the templates they have available. I like the ease of use to build a survey. Cons It's a little expensive to get what you need. Pros I love Typeform because of its professional feel and look. It is straightforward and not complicated. It has the perfect design that is pleasing to the eyes. I can even customize it to fit our brand. I also like the pre-made templates. Cons Some important features are locked for premium plan like logic. Also, you always have to click next to go to the next question. I recently created my first survey the other week and customised it as much as Typeform allowed, and it honestly looked like developers built it for me. It's so nice and gets me the data I need from people I reach. Cons I think the only thing I want changed right now is the fact that every time I log in to my account, I am redirected to a specific folder of my surveys! It's quirky when you wanted, and innovative, and has lots of applications so it's rather great value for money. Pros You could almost say that imagination is the limit when it comes to Typeform applications. I like most the fact that it helps engage with the brand's communty in fun and innovative ways: quizzes, surveys, sign-ups, invitationse etc.... The customisation and branding preservation works great. And you can integrate it with Slack to get messages, notifications or periodic digests directly within Slack. Cons It's a tool that once you invest it, you can use over and over again for so many purposes. The templates were visually appealing and, once selected, it was very easy to customize questions. Using Zapier, we were also able to integrate responses with our Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot). Cons It's a bit limited if you're looking for something outside of survey/form usage. In our particular use case, we were trying to use the tool for a quiz. We were able to make it work, but I would have liked this functionality to be incorporated with their product. There's no overwhelm in seeing all the questions you're to answer in a row, but rather it prompts you question by question. The platform is sleek and so easy to navigate. I would recommend Typeform over any other form application out there. Cons I don't have much negativity, it takes a bit of knowledge to get it set up on your site if you're using a Wordpress or Squarespace platform, but they help you walk through it so it's not too difficult.
