Can customize the images and colors to align with brand identity and can structure the questions to make it feel personal. Great logic leap tool as well. Pros I love the form builder. It's incredibly intuitive. Cons Can take a little time to get the hang of because you can do so much more than most form builders but once it clicks it's like riding a bicycle. My company was first using the free version but quickly needed to purchase the $35/mo plan for our purposes. It's quite a steep price, but because the form is a core part of our business, there's no getting around it. The ability to send an automatic reply (paid version) as well as organizing the replies exported to a .csv (free) allows you to use this app in a multitude of ways. If you're looking to build a robust form with a beautiful interface, it's awesome. You always have the free option if you're just looking to feel it out. Pros The forms look beautiful: contemporary, minimal, friendly. They can be branded and are really easy for users to take. Showing only one question at a time keeps the form from becoming overwhelming. The interface is pretty easy to use, with templates for different types of questions and a drag and drop system that was easy to learn. Cons Sometimes I wished the appearance of the Typeform could be a little more customized beyond font style/color and adding images. I also found the workflow a little confusing when creating conditional questions (e.g., only show question 7 if question 6 was a "yes"), but I did eventually get the hang of it. We used them for market research as well and results were obtained the day after the survey was finished, so turn around time was almost instant. Cons Some advanced logic was not possible. I believe it was a ranking question that we had to use a work around and ultimately eliminate due to it not being intuitive. It's a great start but needed a little more functionality. I'm not sure if it has more capability than the usage of getting but it's enough for me. Pros I like it because it really simplifies a more complicated form. my brokerage uses it to submit listings. the questions are simplified and only relevant questions are on there so I'm not tied up with a bunch of irrelevant questions Cons I want to be able to see a summary after I submit. They're even fun to fill out. They're easy to set up and the logic jumps are a useful feature, allowing you to customize the form users see based on their answers. Cons I wish there were more ways to customize how the forms look. We've sometimes run into question types we can't actually set up on Typeform. The data collected on Typeform is usually exported to spreadsheets. Pros It's free for basic functionality. A beautiful, intuitive conversational user interface. It allows users to embed forms on their own websites. Cons While embeds are available, Typeform does not provide a self-hosted solution. There is no slicker way to render question by question surveys on the market. Cons The ability to compare similar survey results over time.
