Pros I have use typeform to fill out candidate application for viewpoint.com to receive free stuff. This form is easy to fill out your name,address, phone number and what option you want to select. Pros What I most like about the software is that its a dynamic and user-friendly method to get responses from people. Cons I really dislike how my responses can't be saved as a draft. At first login, proper steps and guidance is given. Tyepform also has extensive features, ability to upload documents,sync to google sheets. API linkages are plentiful as well. Cons Slow loading time on the website. Was not able to access certain pages due to slow loading time, hopefully a short term issue. Otherwise, good so far. Cost is a little high per month though. Cons I actually do not have any cons for this software, it works well, and serves its purpose. Would love to see more tooling around analytics but those are just nice to haves. Questions are asked in a step by step process which indeed feels conversations. Cons The only downside is the the customer support is not always there and they take time to reply which is a bad thing if you use it for businesses. February 3, 2019 4.0 Pros Typeform is really great for creating beautiful, interactive and high converting forms that work on all devices. The logic jump features are also pretty cool to create fairly complex forms. Pros The is a very easy to use program, and anything you want to learn is in their knowledge base. It is all very intuitive and a great tool for everyone with a small business. I tested ~10 different survey tools and Typeform was by far the easiest to use. Could use a few improvements but overall good. Pros The question logic option, if easy to create a survey with this feature, even with Logan of question branching! Also liked the variety of styles for answers. Cons Could not go backwards with question logic however the software does not tell you this and allows you to create backward flowing questions. You only realize this doesn’t work after your survey abruptly ends. It took several customer service emails to figure out why this was happening. It has good customization features, and plenty of options for conditionals and payment processing. The feature set gives us enough functionality to cover all the questions and answers that we would like to collect. Pros Typeform can be used in various ways, but I mostly use it as a survey tool. What's amazing about the survey tool is that it allows to save the data from the surveyed person as an "attribute", which then can be exported via Zapier to other tools, such as DMPs. Once the survey data is saved in a DMP it can then be further used to re-target or for other purposes. Cons Overall pretty intuitive, but design templates lack in my opinion. More templates would allow to become more mass appeal of this product. Surveymonkey and others still are more basic tools, but therefore attract a bigger audience. Review Source jV jeroni V. Total embedly on websites with a sweet movement between questions an answers. Cons Is to expensive. I think his marketing target focus over the middle an big companies. It's a pity that typeform do not think with a lonely freelancers. It's really modern, which is important for us to reflect from a brand perspective. Cons I don't think the back-end is laid out as logically as it could be.
