Creating forms is also very easy and they have great templates to use from the get go. Both in form creation and answering the forms. They have a great set of tool for free and the paid ones are really nice. They even let you create forms with the paid features just to see what they look like. Cons It would be nice to have some more options for viewing and exporting the results but for our use everything has been great. Cons it's expensive if you don't need make research every month. Also for some audiences could be a bit harsh to use. Ability to show different questions based on customer's responses is good. Cons Looks to be another survey software without any great distinction to set it apart from the rest.
