### "Easy to use, wide variety of visual design, professional product"

Pros

They make it really easy to manipulate your questions, so you can develop as you go along. That flexibility is nice. They also offer easy ways to personalize the appearance of your survey page, so it's easy to brand, or keep anonymous, whatever you're going for.

Cons

I find the dashboard to be a little cumbersome, but it's still workable. I have yet to have any connection with customer service, so I can't comment on their utility.

Pros

Using this for job applications works well. I like the way the results look in an email. Easy to set up and use.

Cons

You can't customize it very fully. Could use some additional features to really push it over the top.
