I can't recommend switching to it enough. Pros Not only does Typeform give me a fast level of customization and logic options, it also provides a modern and delightful experience for end users. It's extremely easy to begin using, with a very small learning curve compared to other platforms. Cons I've tried its AI form generation tool, and I love the idea of it, but my end results have been mixed so far. I'm sure it will improve, but I have to manually generate all of my forms for now. I've been using to create short surveys to gather opinions from my team and customers to collect their feedback/ideas. Pros I like its simplicity and performance. The dashboard is light and easy to use. The design is intuitive, though you may need some training to get started. Cons Some advanced features like tiered questions would be nice. However, this can achieved with some logic too. They can improve on design also. It excels in providing a smooth, user-friendly experience for both creators and respondents. However, when working with a high volume of projects or complex workflows, certain limitations become apparent. The lack of advanced organizational tools, such as drag-and-drop functionality for duplicating projects across folders, can slow down productivity. I think something similar happen with the absence of bulk editing options for text or global settings for slides that can make repetitive tasks more tedious. Pros It makes simple the creation of form with pre-made templates, renponsiveness and appealing layout. Cons What I liked least about Typeform is the lack of more advanced drag-and-drop options, especially for duplicating projects across different folders. For those of us working with a high volume of projects, having this feature would save a lot of time and make organization much smoother. Additionally, it would be great to have more text-editing options, such as bulk find-and-replace for words or phrases, as well as more global settings that apply to all slides instead of adjusting each slide individually. Cons Couldn't change font size or have a flow within the beginning and end that would allow me to customize the look and feel of the paragraph. Need to make it clear that the link page at the end has limited customization. Pros I enjoy the fact that it is very easy to customize questions, create logic jumps and use a single link that can open something on a mobile phone when customers stand near to their cars. Cons I do not like that complicated structures are slow to edit and I am always conscious of response limits in case I exceed a limit in the middle of the campaign. Cons The format of Typeform is predefined. While in many cases it makes sense to have the page-by-page format, sometimes a scrollable format is required. For example, for tests or if you want to query a lot of information. So you need to have a second form builder at hand depending on the use-case.
