Overall: My experience with using Billiving is not bad I like it.
Pros: Online invoicing makes it early for my business to create PDF invoices. The payment process is great I can use online payment to receive invoices using PayPal.The online process makes it easier to do transactions anywhere in the world. Invoice management is great for keeping track of the different accounts for my customers. The invoice processing is very good and automatic. The credit card process is quite easy and useful. They also have free start-up versions available too. The API held my small business to create invoices using billing. When it comes to the reminder what I like the most is that the application sends an automatic due date reminder and even late notification for my customer through their email.
Cons: I do not have anything that I do not like while using this application. It works great for me. I also recommend using it.
"Ok, for very few invoices"
Overall: Though it's not bad as a starting point, but the fact they have not improved anything and that it's very slow means you shouldn't consider it if you have more than say a few dozen invoices a year.
Pros: It's very very simple to use and to setup.
Cons: Nothing is ever improved. I've used it for a few years and will be moving. Speed is slow. Templates are a bit messy. Sending reminders manually is complicated.
