As well I can set up training programs to meet all the different areas of staff we have. December 16, 2025 5.0 I would rate my experience 9/10 and customer service is amazing and very helpful. The videos are not “boring” and keeps the employees attention. Pros I like the simple use of Workhub and the quality of safety training videos it is hardly that employees can continue where they left off. Cons Additions Spanish safety videos would be beneficial. Your feedback about saving progress in online training is really interesting and a bit of a topic for discussion. Since the training is for safety reasons, we want to keep workers engaged while they complete it. If we allow them to save progress, they might not be as engaged, and they could lose track of what’s been covered, especially if their attention is diverted to other tasks. Workhub is a great tool to make that happen. Pros Ease of communicating with many remote workers, helps keep up on compliance for workers and see where the gaps are. But don’t worry, it’ll all work out for everyone. Admins only get a sneak peek, while workers see it properly. And about Word documents, you can easily copy information from Word into Workhub.  When you paste, the text editor will ask if you want to “keep” the format, which will keep the information the same as in your Word document, or you can choose to “clean” the format, which will only paste the characters. They are very responsive through the online chat and are available for one-on-one calls as well. Pros We were able to concentrate all our employee training in one location. Our technicians know what training they need to complete to reach the next level of competency. All of our policies, procedures and certificates are accessible from the the software and mobile devices at a moment's notice. It is very user friendly. All this at a very affordable price. Cons Not a con but a suggestion: It'd be nice to be able to import Safety meeting minute as a PDF the same as procedures. It is an effective placer to keep our companies safety program. Pros The information is at my fingertips(easy to use). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the program.(customer support). The rewards program helps, as it is incentive for the workers to complete tasks. Cons The word editor in the policy tab is unfriendly and difficult to use. You can upload a word document, but that defeats the word editor. Why have it if it is unusable. It's super user friendly from a user and an admin standpoint! I would never look at another platform as this is truly the best one. Pros Workhub is truly the best platform I have worked on for ease of use, to users use to support. The Support is one of the best I have ever seen on a platform, not just a safety platform. They are so helpful and easy to work with. Cons Honestly, there is nothing I don't like about Workhub. It is extremely easy to use and to be able to interface with DoForms so that all our documents are stored securely. I don't think anyone can beat them for how great the platform is. I am a huge advocate for Workhub and all it offers. They are consistently growing and improving and its exciting to be a part of it. Pros Customer service and response time is second to none. Workhub features and options cover everything we need for compliance. The new features that come out periodically are always a positive and useless improvement to the program. Cons I wish there were more training videos on how to set things up. Safety compliance is so complex within our industry so I'm constantly needing to figure out how I can gear our program more towards the industry requirements. Pros The customer service is top notch. I love the chat feature, the articles feature that pops up when you're searching to try and solve your own issue. I like the simple format, it is friendly looking and seemingly a simple program for the workers. Cons It does lack some intricacies that would make the progam just that much better. It seems to be getting better and the programers are always working on creating more functions but there are a few additional layers that could be added to help the administrators be able to use Workhub entirely rather than still needing to utilize additional supports outside of Workhub. Everyone on the team is great and easy to deal with. Any help or concerns, they resolve within 2 hours (usually, depends on the issue) Pros I enjoy have everyone set up in the system for easy tracking. Being in transportation, it's nice to be able to set up employee profiles and equipment profiles, where maintenance and other compliance can be tracked and monitored. Cons Not much that i would say is a con. I have only ever used workhub, but it's been about 5 years with no issues or concerns! This program allows me to track a lot of things in one space rather than through multiple spreadsheets Pros My favorite component are the documents... I like that it automatically tracks all revisions (with reasons), that it tracks and reminds for annual reviews; and that it has an acknowledgement feature for employee review compliance. No more paper packages - everything can be done from your phone. I also love that there is a community recommendation page! Cons Learning this program took quite a while as an administrator build all the components. And while I have mastered it as an administrator, I find that I have to help my workers navigate through the program still. The workers I signed up, didn't have any issues navigating the Workhub platform. I like the ability to upload my own custom courses. Cons It would be nice if Workhub expanded the documentation reporting options. Reports are limited and cumbersome. More options for customizing the existing courses and a way to assign a single person to a specific course (usually for remedial training). I really like that WorkHub is always releasing new features and help articles, so I feel like I'm always getting more from the program. Pros I love that you are able to take care of nearly every feature of your HSE program through WorkHub. My most used features are the Action Item and online training features. I love that WorkHub is simple to use, but also has a lot of advanced features that you can use to ensure worker and document compliance. WorkHub has made doing safety audits super simple! Cons The only negative I believe that WorkHub has is that there are sometimes small bugs with some of the features which will cause the page to reload and you to lose the progress on that page. Cons While on the phone, seeing all the information on the courses to complete doesn't always show up, or is hard to find. Updating the mobile version to make it more user friendly would be the biggest complaint we hear from our staff. Pros Tracking compliance, helpful workers such as Kendra, great for setting up electronic inspections. Cons Lack of ability to have a multi role person such as committee member and warehouse personnel.
