Overall: I really love the platform and the ease of use. Conceptually I think it is a very useful and necessary tool. The kna team had worked with me and seems to be working on/developing all of the things I initially found missing, ability to subluxation a form, user group permissions, triggers etc etc. I find the biggest challenge is effectively inviting feedback and I felt a little on my own with successfully seeing that through and frankly, continue to struggle through user participation. Get ally a very positive experience that I hope amazon choses to use and develop further.
