Pros: A few things that our company really likes about Grade.us

- You can request reviews through email or text messages

- helps stop negative reviews if used preemptively

- You can funnel reviews into virtually any platform (google, yelp, health grades, etc)

- Easy to use admin dashboard

- they offer a package where you can white label and resell the service, and go as far as to offer marketing materials to go with it to help pitch to new clients and upsell current clients

- Setting up a new client is dead simple. You put in their business info, and the software aggregates all the info you need to create a marketing funnel.

- Really liked that each profile you create can be customized with a logo, CSS, and personalized text

- It automates reports to be sent out clients to show progress for whatever time period you would like

Cons: We've used Grade.us for the past two years, and over that period of time we've had to reach out to support maybe 3-4 times. Not too shabby at all, but the response time seemed pretty slow. They always resolved the issue, but i feel like support is an area of improvement that they should focus on.

Overall: We realized our clients were being solicited by companies offering similar services that Grade.us provides. We wanted to keep clients within our marketing ecosystem as much as possible, so we signed up with the white label agency plan that Grade.us offers and resold it to our clients. It has been a great success for us and our clients!

This is a difficult space, but I think I made the right choice

Pros: I wish this wasn't broken down into pros and cons. Reviews like these are for products like this are too complex for such simplistic answers. My advice is to get in touch with their team and ask for a proper demo or support session before you go set this up for your clients. That's what made the difference for me. - Extensive functionality with a big list of options to customise the platform in comparison to other systems I've seen. - They're pretty good at updating and upgrading their feature list and overall, the clients I use this with are happy and that to me is what matters most. - Staff and help/support team are very helpful and willing to do everything they can to get things right.

Cons: It's not the prettiest interface so if you want it to look exactly like your customer's brand, it may not be for you. But what is more important is 'does it do what it says it will do' and the answer is yes so that is more a pro than a con. I have to admit I find the help screens and information very confusing but if you're more web savvy than me, you may think it's a doddle. What they probably lack is a more robust training video catalogue so be ready to do a fair amount of reading if you want to implement this properly.

Comments: Grade.us has best balance of features vs. cost that I've found on the market, and it excels at the most important task - helping the business or organization acquire reviews. Other apps may have more robust reporting or dashboards at them moment, but they are often weak on acquisition. The Grade.us feature set leaves no acquisition opportunity overlooked. There's a customizable autoresponder system to drip review requests, a simple review invitation feature that allows organizations to quickly trigger the autoresponder (without signing-in to the dashboard), even nicely-printed invitation cards. The review "funnel" can also be triggered by an embeddable review button, live review widget (just click a star to start), or QR code. Negative reviews are routed to the organization first, at least presenting a opportunity for the reviewer to vent themselves and for the organization to respond before going public. The system reliably tracks 80+ review sites - all the usual suspects plus many social media and industry sites. Daily email alerts keep the organization current. Positive reviews (or all reviews if you like) may be streamed to any website. All very nice. Support is snappy and I believe the company is intent on refining and polishing this app over time. I've seen significant development over the last six months. Five stars for Grade.us!

Pros: Easy and fast for reviewers to use - resulting in better acquisition. Mobile-friendly. Solid tracking and alert system.

Cons: I'd like to see more refined dashboard reporting, similar to other systems that provide visual representations of activity over time.

Comments: First , the Grade.Us customer support is awesome! They have built an easy to use review system that doesn't require a programming degree to set up nor is there a hefty start up fee! In fact, there is no set up fee or contracts! Getting started takes less than an hour and there are many review platforms you can include in your invitation to customers which helps you to control where you want to concentrate reputation management. For example, if you have a healthy amount of reviews on Google but not many on Facebook you can remove Google from the invite to encourage more Facebook reviews. There are review platforms I hadn't even heard of but of which will help with your SEO efforts. We noticed a significant increase in traffic and form fills after we built up our positive reviews from 5 to over 50 in less than a month. Grade.Us makes it super simple for your invitees to take action. You can also create a widget to stream reviews on your website in real time and filter out any negative ones. I looked at a couple of others and none could compare to the fair pricing of Grade.Us. We were spending a ton of money on another major review system that only helped us gather reviews on their platform but not across the web.

The only slight I have which I've brought up and have hope that they will include as they come out with updates is more flexibility in the dashboard for sorting invites sent by last name and also the exact action and last action date of the reviewer. I also hope to see a function to have a way for multiple email types to be stored so that it can be selected without re-editing the invitation content when you want to segment your invitation to a particular platform such as Angie's List referrals.

Overall though, I haven't found a better review invitation and tracking system that functions as smoothly as Grade.Us and especially the reasonableness of the pricing. Other systems I looked over had complicated rates and a prohibitive pricing structure for multiple locations without additional value.

Very happy with the platform, the service, the pricing and most importantly - the results it has produced!

Pros: I love the fact that it is my least expensive piece of software, but it's the one my clients like the best. There's something about providing an avenue for positive feedback that appeals to every business owner.

Cons: I'd like to be able to clone all aspects of a campaign and copy them to new ones.

Overall: The customer service has ALWAYS been top notch. I get fast help whenever I need it, even in the evenings. They are absolutely one of my favorite SEO companies.

Pros: I like the White Label version because my clients log in straight from my website to send review invites. It handles both email and SMS funnels and it allows negative responses to be funneled to a contact form versus hitting the review channel.

Cons: We have not yet found a negative yet as the SAS has been working seamlessly for the past year.

Overall: Everytime we have a service request we get emmediate response and customer service is awesome.

Pros: Very flexible and intuitive. Easy to setup and easy to use. I am able to change the reviews flows for each client, quick and easily.

Cons: The email/html editor could be a little bigger, less clunky.

Overall: Before grade.us I was using a more manual + custom code solution. It was cumbersome and any changes were slow to build and required lots of testing, etc. It was NOT an easy solution. I tried a few other competitors of grade.us prior to finding them (local search forum) and immediately saw an increase in productivity (on boarding new clients) and an overall ease of management. Overall very good solution!

Comments: I don't write many reviews but every now and then I'm compelled to. This is one of those times. I had been looking for a service like this one that would allow us to (1) easily capture reviews from customers, but more importantly, and this was harder to find, (2) easily and eloquently display/embed the reviews from around the web into our own website...and this is where Grade.us comes in.

I am very much against having customers review you on your own website because this has been subject to abuse by companies that will stuff their site with fake reviews, and therefore doing it this way has very little credibility. Therefore, it was important for us to get reviewed on 3rd party independent websites like Google, HomeAdvisor, etc.

Grade.us met both our goals and then some. Their whole platform has that modern look and feel that keeps up with our greatly designed website. It works - and - is easy to customize and integrate into your system.

Their customer service is off the charts too. Within a few minutes of signup, they emailed us asking if they could help. I had a few questions and got a response within the hour - every time.

Overall, we are very excited to have found grade.us and believe that their partnership will help us grow our business for years to come.

Pros: There are many things that I like about Grade.us; my top two are the price (great for small/medium size agencies to easily make a profit when offering the service to our clients) and the functionality (setup of profiles is a breeze).

Cons: I do not have much to say that is negative about the software, but there are just a few things that can be simplified with the day-to-day usage of the software like setting up the white label branding and customizing the review display settings with the WP Plugin.

Overall: After using a software that was a lot lower quality with a higher price and after comparing others before choosing Grade.us, I found that Grade.us offers a superior product for a highly competitive price!

Cons: We have not experienced any cons with grade.us to date.

Pros: Being able to manage reviews in one place is amazing and the tools to collect reviews are pretty powerful.

Cons: This is a convenience tool, not a tool you can't live without. You can do everything you can do with GradeUs in other tools. GradeUs just brings features together. It saves us some time but doesn't provide overwhelming innovation for the price.

Overall: Great tool but for the price, isn't extremely innovative. Seems easily duplicated so they're going to face some stiff competition.

Pros: The ease of set-up for new clients and the ease of setting up recurring reports.

Cons: Sometimes new features are rolled out that I feel should be applied across the board. For example, when you added the option to have someone who has already opened the email or clicked to leave a review removed from subsequent mailing lists, I feel like at least the "click" should have been applied automatically. People who have already left reviews getting extra emails is by far the biggest complaint we get from customers.

Overall: I have enjoyed using Grade.us. The features and functions, including reporting, are much more advanced than the service we were using before, and at a much more reasonable overall price. Customer support is always quick and they have been very informative the times I have had to call with more specific questions. Thank you!

Overall: We are in an age now where every product and every small business is being validated by consumers and customers. When a small business has established a distinct brand and tagline, a potential customer turns to social media, review websites and other sources to see if real customers reinforce the business claims. I called this objective "When clients tell your brand story". By having the Grade.Us method of inviting reviews and then streaming the reviews to your website, it inspires the business staff to live up to the core values of the business because they are rewarded with great comments. Example: NC Center For Physical Therapy tagline is "Your Goal Is Our Goal". Just read their reviews on Grade.Us and you will see 5-star reviews reinforcing that tagline. And the business is rewarded with SERP high rankings and more new clients. Simple as that.

Cons: Would like cleaner interface with Facebook - where we could just put a post that links to the system - Like a Facebook Grade.Us button.

Pros: Integrates with most review providers and staff is very happy to add new ones as needed for your particular industry.

Cons: Not targeted at a particular industry.

Overall: They have a great system that allows you to re-brand it to your own. We worked their features into our own review system and it works very well. It's a generic system. However, it's not branded for any particular industry.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's good to come up with your own review strategy when selling this to make it effective for your own industry.

Pros: The software is by far the most feature rich, flexible, and customizable we have researched. From an agency perspective, there is a very robust and comprehensive approach to satisfying us as an Agency with specific needs. The support team is very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Cons: My only critique, which does not take away from the 5 star product or experience, is that the user interfaces, reporting dashboards, the "gradient" review buttons on invites ... all are extremely dated. I believe a lot of it is customizable, but we haven't gotten that far, and wish it was a lot more polished out of the gate so we didn't have to clean it up and modernize it.

Overall: We have generate fantastic reviews for our business, and for our clients. Great software.

Grade.us went above and beyond to help out with each issue promptly and successfully.

Pros: I run a small agency, and have been considering supplementing our services with a reputation/reviews management tool. Did the 14-day trial, and was very impressed with the product. Really enjoyed the ease of use. Easy to setup and initiate a campaign. Lots of flexibility in terms of how you would like to manage your campaigns, but I found the default settings to be spot on for me. I liked the real time reporting, that indicated what actions (if any) the recipients took after receiving the email. Really good product overall.

Cons: Struggling to come up with a dislike. Wish it was free!

Overall: It's surprisingly difficult to get people to leave online reviews. This definitely will help. I was able to capture a few reviews for our agency during the 14-day trial period, so I was happy with that. I haven't yet decided whether I'm going to integrate this into our offering. To justify the monthly cost, you'd definitely want to capture a decent volume of email addresses on a monthly basis.

Pros: It produces results for my clients at a price that allows my agency to make a decent margin.

Cons: It is not intuitive enough. Mistakes can be made and the difference between the funnel and the invites is confusing. Even after using for over a year, I am still not confident when I set up a new client.

Overall: While the support, once engaged is great, there is a reluctance to hop on a call for quick resolution of a problem When one has to wait after setting aside time to onboard, it would be nice to have that happen. The exchange of multiple emails to get to the bottom of an issue is time intensive. I would prefer live help.

Comments: I've been using this product for about 2 months now, it makes things easier for me so I am not required to manually collect reviews from other paid services and individually post on client's websites. It takes a little while to set up which in the long run still saves time and effort. There have been some glitches along the way, but the customer service department and owner have been there for us each step of the way correcting any error as soon as it occurs. We look forward to continuing use of the product and see how it benefits our company and our clients.

We're always trying to balance two things: (1) giving marketers, SEOs and agencies like yours enough options and flexibility to implement campaigns the way you want to; and (2) keeping our application relatively simple and easy-to-use. We don't always succeed at both!

Pros: The solution is designed to basically do everything for you, you just need to answer a couple of questions and you are off to the races!

Overall: I use Grade.us for several of my clients. They love the fact that their reviews show up automatically on their site. It also gives their visitors an easy way to leave feedback. It is a good tool to help with managing and improving online reputation.

Pros: It contacts all my customers for me and gives them an option to reviewing my business

Cons: has had a few glitches. Once customer got seven e mails instead of the three! But the admins explained that this was a glitch.

Overall: Very happy, it does as it says. Worth their fee.

Pros: User friendly

Cons: It would be good to have consolidated reports that better show performance by location.

Overall: Grade.us is a great tool for Reputation Management that is constantly rolling out new features to improve service. The platform is very friendly and easy to learn and the customer service team is simply amazing.

Pros: - Great solution for agencies to white label their review wizard

- Easy to set up

- The thumbs up, thumbs down solution is great for the end-user

- Custom domain mapping

Cons: - The email drip functionality could be a little better (i.e. if someone opens/clicks don't re-send)

- Integration with something like mailchimp would be awesome

Overall: Simple to use and a great solution for agencies looking to offer review wizards to their clients.

Comments: I searched high and low through many of the review platforms. They all had bits and pieces but didn't do it quite right. Then I found Grade.us. They do it the right way and make it easy. I needed a platform that I could management my own reviews and the reviews of all my clients. Grade.us makes that easy. I can white label my service 100% and make it my own. My clients are getting great results!

Pros: Easy to setup new accounts. Can brand on your domain or any number of domains you may want to have. All the top reviews sites are there and if you need others they will add them. Always making positive updates to the platform. Clean and simple interface.

Cons: None really. One thing they don't have is an emailing system. Not a big deal in my opinion because you can use anything to send out emails and request the reviews on your review funnel landing page.

So easy to use, my infant daughter could learn it.

Comments: I don't know what I like better... the fact that I only needed 75 seconds of instructional videos before I was 80% of the way to becoming a power user? Or the customer service team that handles my "we're not like your other paying customers" requests. They're amazing. Jon's amazing. They're all amazing.

Pros: The interface is simple, understandable, does EVERYTHING you could want in the review funnel industry, and is less costly than the other big brands that are out there. A week before finding GRADE.us, I was on a sales call with someone trying to sell me their full version for $5000/year... or their lite version for $2500. If more people knew GRADE.us existed, that other company would be out of business.

Cons: I wish I could magically teleport a staff member behind our customers when they're reading their "Take a moment to review us!" emails. I'm thinking this would definitely improve conversion rates! Please add this teleportation feature at your earliest convenience.

Pros: I like how easy it is to grasp the program. The support team it super kind and helpful. They have never been impatient when I call with 'silly questions'.

Cons: Over the last few months, there has been a longer wait time to be able to talk directly with a support person. Calling and getting through right away hasn't happened in a long time, and returned calls usually take several hours or the next day. However, if you send an email with your problem, they are very quick to respond. There isn't anything I 'like least' about this program.

Pros: - The price is a no-brainer if you are managing multiple locations and/or clients. Great value for the price.

- The tools has everything you need from reports, to widgets, to monitoring, to email/text outreach!

- The company keeps up with compliance issues. When Google announced the update regarding sentiment and reviews, Grade.us was the first (that I noticed) to make necessary changes to its platform to stay compliant.

Cons: - The UI is not great, at all. It will make you feel less productive by just looking at it.

- The auto-generated reports are not pretty. They do the job, but they aren't something most companies would be proud to show off to a client.

Overall: Overall, it is a great product. You give up a little on the support/UI side in order to get a great price, but it is still worth it, in my opinion, if you are a company managing fewer than 75 locations. Grade.us integrates with other reporting tools, so you really don't even need to look at the Grade.us-generated reports. Lots of value for the money, and the tool works almost flawlessly. If you're on the fence about what tool to go with, choose Grade.us until you make up your mind.

they make it very simple to get in touch with your pervious clients and collect reviews.

Reviews are very important in my line of work.

Too often, very happy clients do not take action while unhappy ones goes straight to the social media and start to bad mouth Grade.us pushes the happy client to go online and submit a review and help us to take care of our unhappy client internally.

If reviews are part of your business look no further just use Grade us

The second best feature (and it is almost as valuable as the best feature) is the way that unhappy clients are segregated for direct contact by my staff. We stand behind our work, but we can't address a problem that we are not aware of. By identifying displeased clients, we are often able to address their issue and avoid a negative review. Often, we can turn them into pleased clients.

Comments: After testing numerous review and reputation monitoring applications, the solution from Grade.Us came as a welcome surprise.

From it's no-nonsense dashboard and ease of setup to the complete white labeling of the software, it's been a joy to use.

There have been a few little issues as I'm in the UK and the software has been made for the US market, nevertheless the support has been exceptional, even the CEO John hall has been involved resolving my questions.

The modular design is what attracts me the most allowing me offer more custom solutions to clients not found in other more expensive solutions.

All-in-all, if you're looking for a review getting and reputation monitoring system for small business, then these guys have got to be in your shortlist.

Cons: The backend can be a little clunky, especially with multiple clients.

Pros: This software is feature rich and simple to use. I tried a couple others. One was less expensive but more complicated and didn't offer anything close to the functionality of Grade.us . I am hooked!

Cons: I wish the prospecting report was more targeted. For example, restaurant reports don't show Zomato or Trip Advisor on them. I opted not to use the review scan because I prefer to have a conversation/email to explain the findings and give them the other findings that I searched out myself.

Pros: It's simple set up, it's options to customize, and being able to white label.

Overall: Finally. A review generation system that is classy and works. We all know getting reviews can sometimes be difficult ,even when you have a rolodex of happy customers! Not anymore. This system simplifies the path for the customer leaving the review, and automates the process for the business.

Able to stream reviews with their wordpress plugin right to my website.

Follow up emails if the customer does not click in email to rate.

Cons: None I can think of except it is not free. Very much worth the price for my type of business though.

Overall: For a local HVAC business reviews are crucial. Over 5 years and only managed to get 14 customers to leave feedback. Now at 36 positive reviews with 1 day left in the trial offer and thats not counting yelp reviews that are "not recommended", not the softwares fault just Yelp is horrible.

Pros: the ability to completely white label this product as well as the back-end knowledge base. I have had to email several questions when I couldn't find the answer in the knowledge base and so far I have received a response within minutes of asking the question. By the way, every question I have asked ended up having a knowledge base article that I just didn't find.

Cons: None so far!!!

Overall: The one area I have struggled with my clients is how to help them get great reviews. I've read countless articles with "tips and tricks" to accomplish this, but they all had the same problem...it would take my clients serious dedication to accomplish. I literally stumbled on grade.us while researching something else, and immediately fell in love. With the widgets, landing pages, and email add-ons that they have, not to mention the written marketing pieces available it takes the work off of my clients. I look forward to a very long and prosperous relationship with this company

Comments: We evaluated all the major white-label providers for Reputation Management software, and this company stood out above the rest. The support is top-notch. The founder has bent over backwards to help us out multiple times, and I can tell he personally cares about providing a best-in-class service. Look at all these other reviews and you will quickly see this.

Additionally, they constantly add new features and upgrades, so we are comfortable knowing we are able to take advantage of the latest tech improvements and offer them to our clients.

We run online reputation management for about 25-30 businesses through our Nashville marketing company (http://rushhourlocal.com) and a great part of our success is due to this product and the team behind it.

Could not more highly recommend this service. Truly Best-In-Class.

Pros: Setup was fairly simple. I liked that there was no contract so you could cancel at any time, which I ended up needing.

Cons: The support response time was awful. There was an issue with texts not going through on AT&T cell numbers, and their response was to either 1) chance it and some will go through or 2) not send SMS messages. Unacceptable. They hadn't even reached out to AT&T to resolve the issue yet.

Overall: Overall, I did not have a good experience with Grade.us. I ended up cancelling with them and signing a contract with Birdeye. I would not recommend them until they update their software and hire more support team.

Pros: once set up it is quick to use. It get to every customer. Should a bad review surface it gives you the opportunity to contact the customer before they sting you with a poor review.

Cons: They do not support SMS in my country. I feel like I am paying for the complete package and only getting part of it.

Cons: I don't want competitors to know about it lol. The Google review link doesn't always open directly for leaving a review, if that can be sorted it would be great.

Overall: There are many review management tools out there. Some lack in features, and others are just too expensive. Grade us gives you all the needed features and is the most affordable tool out there today to manage your online reviews amongst other things.

Recommendations to other buyers: Consider multiple location businesses like mine and how you can make it easy to apply certain features across the board rather than one by one. Also, i don't know if my customer will open the email requesting a review via smartphone or desktop. One unified link that will open the right review page irrelevant of the medium being used would be great. It's confusing how there's one link for mobile, one for desktop and yet another for this and another for that.

Pros: The ease of use from the user side to our side. We have worked with other review systems that were complicated and impossible to get a hold of customer service wise. Grade.us solved all of our issues, and has amazing customer service to boot.

Cons: Slightly more expensive than other systems we have used, but only marginally so and you get what you pay for.
