Cons It seems intuitive until you actually send out a test email. Then you find that none of the changes they made stuck. When I tried calling tech support, (twice) no one was available. My clients are getting 2-5 reviews per week that they wouldn't otherwise get. Pros Pricing structure allows me to be profitable. If a client wants to self-manage, white labeling is easy, and minimal training is required. Cons Appearance could be cleaner, and more options for requesting new reviews would be great. December 20, 2016 4.0 We've had great success with this service and it has generated exponential growth for our company. The one downside that I would like to point out is the review manager system does not notify me nor keep accurate count when reviews are placed. I have found it to be of no help and I have to go to every site daily to find my reviews. I have recommended this service to other company owners and explained the power it holds on making it very easy for the consumer to post a review. My company actually had me write an online review training manual due to the success I generated with Grade Us and our reviews counts have increased since rolling this out for the entire company to use. January 21, 2019 5.0 Pros I sent 100 recipients a request to review earlier today, so I can’t speak yet in terms of how the Grade.us platform has yielded results. However, the customer support team has been amazing in their response time when I am in need of assistance. The ease of uploading a CSV file to the platform is astounding, as well! Cons I wish it was more automated. If our CRM system had the proper setup, we would be able to automatically add recipients. However, this is not an option currentlly. The CRM system we use is not well-known, which is probably why it isn’t currently integrated. It is great, however, that Grade.us is willing to work with us and our CRM system in order to automate the process, for a fee. Review Source DL Donyelle L. Email alerts make it easy to stay on top of reviews across all review sites and platforms. Pros Internal note taking. Cons I wish our team had the ability to tag other users to alert them about things they need to review. It would also be nice to respond via Reputology rather than having to visit each site. I find that when starting to work with a new client, they are often anxious to start seeing some results from all the money they are spending with my agency. However, many of the most effective marketing tactics take time to do well--SEO, web design, etc. One exception is reputation marketing. With Grade.us, I can give my clients something tangible in the very first meeting that will get them immediate results. We use Reputology as a way of keeping track of their ratings with minimal time and effort. We now get email alerts every time a review is left, and our clients are able to deal with negative reviews. Our clients also love using the review survey app. I love when our clients love the solutions we offer them. Well it didn't disappoint! What I love about it is the clean organized look, the email follow up, how easy it was to set up and of course that awesome customer support. These guys are serious about helping their clients and I was amazed at how quickly that they not only responded to questions, but how quickly they were able to fix any small issues I ran into. We've used every possible reputation management system over the past 6 years of business doing local marketing and the features in RepLoop are a veritable "greatest hits" of all of the best features of other systems. The owners are extremely responsive to user input and have aggressively and quickly made improvements and changes to the products over the past 2 years to make and keep it cutting edge. We are a Google AdWords PPC lead generation focused agency and just by offering Reputation Loop as an upsell to our existing clients we added 24 businesses in 5 months at $97/month which generates us an easy $2,328/month on autopilot. Not bad for offering it as an upsell to our existing clients. Its super easy to deliver, our clients love the software, and its incredibly profitable for us so we love it and highly recommend it.
