If they can add an email and an name the software takes care of the rest by dripping a sequence of emails to the reviewer asking them to post their positive feedback online. The whole Grade.us team has done (and is still doing) an incredible job at helping us with the setup of our platform in an incredibly timely manner. Every time I'm asking a question, I get an answer right away and even when we're trying to push the platform a bit further technically speaking, the team provides a solution in only a couple of hours (or days for biggest requirements). Mobile pages look great on the consumers end. Cons I can be time consuming entering multiple customers in if you don't have them already listed in the proper format to mass-upload. It helped a lot to monitor every platform in one suite whether it be emails or SMS. They have covered every aspect of the same. Moreover, the data security aspect is also taken care of. Its intuitive but if I didn't know, I usually would use the resources tab which has a ton of info. Some lack in features, and others are just too expensive. Grade us gives you all the needed features and is the most affordable tool out there today to manage your online reviews amongst other things. Pros The flexibility and plethora of features.
