Reviews are very important in my line of work. Too often, very happy clients do not take action while unhappy ones goes straight to the social media and start to bad mouth Grade.us pushes the happy client to go online and submit a review and help us to take care of our unhappy client internally. If reviews are part of your business look no further just use Grade us The second best feature (and it is almost as valuable as the best feature) is the way that unhappy clients are segregated for direct contact by my staff. We stand behind our work, but we can't address a problem that we are not aware of. By identifying displeased clients, we are often able to address their issue and avoid a negative review. From it's no-nonsense dashboard and ease of setup to the complete white labeling of the software, it's been a joy to use. There have been a few little issues as I'm in the UK and the software has been made for the US market, nevertheless the support has been exceptional, even the CEO John hall has been involved resolving my questions. The modular design is what attracts me the most allowing me offer more custom solutions to clients not found in other more expensive solutions. All-in-all, if you're looking for a review getting and reputation monitoring system for small business, then these guys have got to be in your shortlist. Personally asking clients to like us on social media. Nothing worked. Grade.us is a great tool. We have been getting lots of reviews. Not many clients want to log into their social media and post the review there, but still we can use the review and post it as an image. Most importantly, its a fraction of some competitors and does exactly the same but better. Excellent investment and they were very patient in talking to us over the demo period. The support is top-notch. The founder has bent over backwards to help us out multiple times, and I can tell he personally cares about providing a best-in-class service. Look at all these other reviews and you will quickly see this. Additionally, they constantly add new features and upgrades, so we are comfortable knowing we are able to take advantage of the latest tech improvements and offer them to our clients. We run online reputation management for about 25-30 businesses through our Nashville marketing company (http://rushhourlocal.com) and a great part of our success is due to this product and the team behind it. Used the software for: ### "Great review monitoring, surveys and dashboard" February 5, 2017 5.0 I love that it pulls all of our reviews into one easy to manage dashboard. I also like that it gives us a solid analytic resource for our gains and setbacks. The BIGGEST win is the surveys that we use when clients check out. We can set a threshold to ask if they would like to share on social channels if their rating was above a rating we determine. And even better, we can select which sites to ask to push to, which has been immensely helpful for us to focus on increasing our ratings one specific sites so we have a better overall rating! I do wish we could actually post responses from Reputology, not just monitor that they need to be addressed. I also wish we could assign a task within Reputology for another team member to handle if it is their area of focus or needs to be escalated. Review Source DG Devache G. We're an SEO company so getting our client's online reviews can be the difference between getting a lot of customers and getting none at all. And you better believe if our clients don't get any customers, we won't have any clients. Grade.Us makes it super easy to set up email campaigns and get everything out. Also, their review landing pages are really easy to work with and very customizable. What really impresses me is I've been called twice before by the owner, to answer my support questions.
