Cons Their Customer service. We purchased this software last year and to this date, they haven't been able to install all the features we paid for as promised. They mislead us by saying that everything we needed was possible with this software. It has been almost one year and so far, we haven't finished the training and some of the features we specifically requested are not part of this program. It has been a total disappointment dealing with this people. I really Hope no one else has to go thru this.
