Very positive. I even applied to other projects putside of this big main one.

Pros

Clean, aesy to use. Especially for a huge group!! My team had 70 people and made things very easy

Cons

Some layout things. I think in the table format of tasks, i wished there was away to expand a row in a table. Such that I could see the full text description that it was given

### "My review about Quire"

September 2, 2024

4.0

I will highly recommend it especially to those just starting out in task and project management. Kudos to the developers on this one.

Pros

One of the feature that made this platform the best is the ability to easily set reminders and easily schedule specific tasks at particular times that I want it completed even through my mobile device. The user interface is easy-to-use, not changing constantly and it has made tracking project and tasks so easy that I have experienced a boost in my productivity since I have started using this platform.

Cons

I don't really have any feature that I dislike about this platform. It gas met all my expectations and more.

Cons

Some options are only available in e.g. Tree display, so you sometimes have to switch between different displays

### "The perfect match for our Project Management Requirement"

September 28, 2023

5.0

We have started implementing in our day to day project / task management at the org level. Here are few of the most important quick wins for us - the productivity of teams has increased significantly, it has now become super easy for team-leaders to track project progress, who is working on what and check if someone is overloaded or has bandwidth. Quire has also been helpful with adding transparency in teams because team members can see overall company level projects. Apart from this I would really like to appreciate the prompt customer support of team (Golda & Peggy). We had certain requirement for Slack integration which was super imp for us and to our surprise after suggesting the requirement, their team took it up and we got the functionality within a week. Kudos to this :)

Pros

The simplicity of the product and how easy it is to setup and get started is one of the most important aspect. Also, the way is structured - we've been using workflowy for taking notes since many years and Quire feels like an extended version of it with much more functionalities. All in all its a great product to kick-start project/task management journey for any company and move your team from complete chaos to a little more structure in their day to day work-life.

Cons

There's not much that we didn't like but some good to have's would be - Desktop app, currently they have a web-app which gets the job done but a desktop app might make the experience a lot better. Also managing notifications and slack integrations are somethings which I presume their team is working on and hope that gets done in the near future.

Reason for choosing Quire

Simply put it ticked all the boxes of our minimum requirements and the customer support team at is great and surprisingly they are one of the few ones who actually does listen to your specific needs and add it to their development roadmap and try to help you out. Believe me this is rare!

### "My review "

November 28, 2023

5.0

My overall experience is great. It might be the only product I use right now where I would be truly disappointed if it disappeared one day

Pros

The overall user interface. It has all the same features as other task management apps. But all the bells and whistles are aggregated deeper. So at face value it is not super overwhelming. It just looks like a list you would scratch on a piece of paper. Top down. But then you can get into the Kanban Boards, graphs, charts, etc. but they are not initially cluttering.

Cons

There is only one thing that I dislike about it. I have an Android phone and have changed the display density and if a task is due tomorrow the word tomorrow gets cut off and brought to the next line Even though there is plenty of space.

### "A melhor visualização e o melhor custo-benefício"

November 28, 2023

5.0

### "The most powerfull PM tool on the market"

November 27, 2023

5.0

Project management with is simple and efficient. The tool offers a clean interface that focuses on scheduling and tracking tasks in a easy and intuitive way. Sharing project plans with project team members is practical and convenient.

Pros

is a must-have tool for project planning and tracking. With this tool you can create a schedule in minutes, it is easy to use and comes with a minimal yet powerful interface. Quire even allows non-paid users to access a schedule via an online link, which is one of the main reasons we have been using Quire for almost two years. Highly recommended.

Cons

It would be interesting and useful to be able to add dependencies between different tasks. This is a feature we have not yet found in .

### "Quire is great for helping me manage my PhD"

November 10, 2023

5.0

Pros

It's very easy to use. It helps me plan daily talks as well as see the bigger picture. It's easy to add subtasks (e.g. keyboard shortcuts). I can easily schedule specific times I want tasks completed by, and can get sent reminders on my iPhone, which helps me stay on task. The fact that it is free for student members is amazing.

Cons

### "The best all-rounder in organization tools."

December 14, 2022

5.0

I have used this app to a great extent to map out my studies by using Dr.Ali Abdaals technique of forced recall using questions.I have found that features like "Prioritization","Task Status","My Tasks","Calendar view","Kanban board" and "Filter" options very useful to achieve the goal of having an idea of weaker topics and mapping out strategies and plans to tackle them which is very crucial for any project organizer.

Pros

I as a student wanted to organize my studies as projects similar to Dr.Ali Abdaals technique of forced recall using questions.I organized each of my subjects as projects and made my chapters as 'tasks' under them.Using Quires NESTED LIST option..I was able to make subheadings under these 'chapter tasks' and further subdivided them into topics and those topics were further divided into concepts as 'sub-subtasks ' as the NESTED LIST feature of allows us to make as many sub levels of tasks as we need. This is among my favorite features.Once I made these subheadings..I wanted to test my ability to answer these subheadings and I marked those topics which I wasnt able to answer properly as 'High priority'.These 'High Priority' tasks could also be later accessed exclusively by using the 'FILTER' feature which is extremely crucial for reviews. The FILTER feature also allows us to view tasks based on percentage of task completed and start/due dates which I found to be very useful for planning out my revisions and reviews of the topics. As I went about my revision..with each revision and review that i did ..i would mark out the task by 'percentage completed'.For example..if I my goal was to have 5 revisions of a topic like Blood vessels..once i completed 2 revisions of the topic id mark the topic as 40% completed.I found this feature to be very useful to keep a track on how much I have been able to revise and therefore the quality of my work.

Cons

The weekly progress chart is a good feature to have but I would really have loved it if there was a daily progress chart tracker. It would have been extremely motivating.

### "Simple, but extremely powerful software"

July 24, 2021

5.0

Overall I'm loving it and using on a daily basis. It made my life so easy that I cannot believe how I managed before without it. It's clean, elegant and for me very easy to use. It took me maybe 2-3 hours to figure out most of the stuff and a day or so to feel really comfortable with it. Quire has all the features I wanted to have and gives me the ability to organize my business efficiently. It's brilliant that I can have several workspaces with multiple projects. Which I can further split into nested tasks with subtasks, but also into linked sublists with differnt view, e.g. boards. Even if I'm looking for something it turns out to be better thought out then how I would expect it to be or look like. Plus I can get an overview of progress stats and progress summary. Not to mention the support is amazing! Fast, responsive and eager to help. Something that you won't see much when it comes to free tools. Honestly, I can't believe it really is a free tool.

Pros

Simple. Fast. Intuitive. Not distracting. Gives everything a freelancer, SMBs or corporate might need. It's not overly complicated with unnecessary features. Tree structure is absolutely awesome! This way you can break every project into actually manageable tasks. Every task or subtask can have priority, start and due date, responsible person or external team and files attached. FREE.

Cons

Minimalistic view might give an impression it's super basic and won't provide what you need \[but the truth is exactly the opposite\]. Some people might find lack of chat or message board a disadvantage \[but for me tasks comments are enough and allow me to keep things tidy\]. There is no calendar view so it can be seen as a negative by some people \[but there is a timeline view which is good enough for me\]. Not sure how pricing structure will look like in the future.

Reason for choosing Quire

For me personally it felt most intuitive and had all the features I wanted to have. After testing and 2 other tools I decided Quire works best for my individual needs. One of the points was the ability to have all projects / workspaces available on the left panel so I can see all the most important things without clicking back and forth. Also the design is not overwhelming so that's a positive.

### "Great Tool For Keeping A Team Up To Date With The Latest Information"

May 1, 2019

5.0

We work in a business where we have to be on top of things, we can't make any mistakes, and quick / accurate delivery of elements to our clients is paramount. By using a project management system like , we can have a visual status of our various projects, with up-to-date information, contacts and specifications, so we can move at a quicker pace with significantly fewer questions. The support for Quire has been great, with quick responses and excitement over adding new / different features that we have requested. They also "dog food" their software and use the actual Quire service for their FAQ and some support questions, so they know what works and doesn't work.

Pros

My team and I work in a high speed environment where keeping track of the latest information via emails, texts, calls and more is extremely hard. has been a great tool for keeping the entire team up to date with all of the latest and greatest information. We don't want anyone to have to refer back to emails to see what is correct, so we make sure that we immediately update the project information in Quire and then everyone is on the same page. We set up a tagging system, so that our various clients and the various facilities we do work at each have a tag with a particular color. As we open up a new project, we will apply the correct tags, so we know at a quick glance who the important players are. This is especially useful as everyone on the team bounces around from project to project, so knowing who is involved and what job # to bill to is very important. Quire handles this all very well. Quire also allows you to attach small files, which is one the main features we use, and possibly the most important. We know that the latest spec sheet is in the project on Quire, so we don't have to search around for it. It keeps our artists on track and asking way fewer questions. Quire's sync is very good and updates very quickly when others make changes / updates. We use the web and iOS versions all day every day.

Cons

I feel like the searching functionality could be improved, so when you search for a particular name or client or job name, it only shows you the tasks that match your search. Right now, it only highlights matching tasks in a long list. It makes it too difficult to find a specific old job, so for instance you can copy information from the old job task to a new job task.

### "Simple, brilliant and beautiful!"

August 30, 2017

5.0

's biggest strength is its simplicity, and that has been a boon for me, which is why I've stuck to it. It allows me to plan-out my projects extensively and manage them at a glance, saving me plenty of time and effort in order to get things done.

Pros

I've used many task management applications before for their various strengths and functionality in conjunction such as Trello, Keep, Workflowy, etc. at the same time but is an interesting middle-ground. While it doesn't consist of the strengths of the other tools, it sits comfortably in between them and is pretty consistent with one's desired workflow. It's simple enough to quickly manage and navigate through, and has enough complex features for someone like me to keep track of larger projects, whether in a team or simply working solo. Its tag-search system is also fantastic! It allows the tool to get out of your way so that you can put more time and energy on your actual work. Another brilliant idea that Quire has had recently is to have an app-less access to your project via browser shortcut on smartphones. What it does is that it saves a shortcut your phone's desktop so you can access your tasks even if offline just like an app without having to install anything! I love that!

Cons

While the desktop navigation is fantastic via short-cuts, seems to be pretty clunky on smartphones. I can still drag around tasks no problem (except for my chubby finger not letting me see where I'm even dropping it), it's really hard to use it to create and manage tasks or plan-out projects on-the-go. This is partly what keeps me from using it on Android, and instead I still rely on Google Keep. Other things may be considered a "con" for some, even though it wasn't for me, but thought I'd mention either way: For one, Quire's strength is in its simplicity, so there may not be features that high-end project-management tools are expected to have, such as the Timeline feature. Personally I did not require it, because Quire's Progress Stats is fine enough for me. Secondly, part of Quire's simplicity aspect goes into how the tasks are managed; when you finish a task, it is removed from sight, therefore out of mind so you can now focus on something else. While it makes you more efficient and productive (provided you've planned things out ahead of time), in certain projects there are times when I'd like to keep track of completed tasks, and it's not really easy to do that quickly in Quire unless you decide before-hand how you intend to use it. But that's just a minor nitpick, so it doesn't bother me that much. Though I do mind lack of Google Calendar integration.

### "Quire: a pretty solid task tracker"

November 28, 2023

5.0

Pros

basically just works: you can track and organize tasks, the mobile app is adequate, and you can even get fancy with deadlines and priorities. Solid free tier, perfectly suitable for individual users. By and large, the product direction seems unobtrusive and stable: no constantly shifting UI changes or terrible ML-powered features shoved down your throat. Huge win, really.

Cons

I'm really not sure I would swap to for serious, cross-team project management. Too much of my work (programming) is tightly integrated with Github, and the standards for cross-linking tasks and providing context is really high.

### "Cut down on boring & unproductive meetings!"

November 27, 2023

5.0

I have searched around for a lot of AGILE PM software pkgs and is the best if you are not set up to install Taiga.io (free and open source linux based but very clunky compared to Quire). Not all tasks are defined with timeline consideration as the first priority.

Pros

Intuitive user interface with chat-note panel for tasks; browser based app easy to run on all Linux computers.

Cons

Outsourced secure cloud servers (AWS AZURE etc). I would much prefer if controlled their own disk drivers and servers in house. Not sure if how much it cosgts for customer server installations.

Reason for choosing Quire

Not profit educational organization so can only search for donor or FOSS products. Fremium model is okay for lowe volume use.
