Pros: I would highly recommend this program as it is very easy to use for tendering process which is very complex and especially if there is a lit of suppliers involved. It allows you to upload the documents as well and you have everything in one place for an easy overview.
Cons: It could have a function to save your list of contracts permanently as well as searching for them when you need them.
