Pros

Information access ease and ability to keep historical data on repairs and maintenance items in one area. Set permissions to each member of staff and assign duties.

Cons

Not intuitive, learning curve required and there are some limitations with functionality unless added in new updates.

Ability to automatically collect rent monthly through auto-pay, pulls out rent from tenants bank account.

Cons

Little room for human error. These are all of the cons I have for this time regarding the Property Vista software.
