The system is constantly improving and support is second to none. Cons I have used membermojo for several years now and can honestly say there hasn't been any grumbles at all. Pros Simple to use - customisable - ideal for what we want. Doesn't have lots of complicated features that we don't really need. Cons Nothing really - it does what we need. Might be nice to have a simpler attendance function. And maybe not to automatically send the Welcome Pack (only becuase we need to go in and alter the start date of memberships). But then we might forget to send one! Club Chairman Sports Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "great software package" April 16, 2017 4.0 we have used the Membemojo system for around 18 now and have found t has cut down on the workload of the club immensely. instead of having to manually input the information from paper forms for our membership the members themselves directly input it to the system. It can be tailored very easily to our needs it deals with payment records and also works as an email system that can be tailored to filter emails to a specific group. overall we are delighted especially with the value for money it gives compared with the labour saving and reduction in paperwork it has brought about. Some of the terminology in some of the settings takes a little while to understand the true functionality but any support questions we have raised have been answered very quickly and have resolved the problems promptly. The sliding scale of cost packages is great as we were able to set it up with a minimum number of records and tailor the set up before we went live with it. It is very good value for money and whilst relatively simple to use has massive depth in the options and set up choices available. Pros easy to set up and user friendly to our club members. Can be used for free for small clubs, sliding scale of charges to suit all sizes of organisations. saved our man ours of inputting the data b probably 90% after the initial set up was completed. automates renewal notifications and emails and tracks payments. My only regret is I didn't find it sooner. Pros What's not to like.... The software is intuitive and simple to use. The online documents provided all the support needed. You can trial it for free so there is nothing to lose..... I get daily updates sent to my mobile whenever there has been any activity so I don't have to go looking....I get told. Cons It does not have a personnel web site and you are limited to how much you can change on the landing page. This can make it look as if your members are being redirected just when you are asking them to part with their money. We used Google sites (free) and linked this database to provide a seamless solution. This provides us everything we need and saved us thousands of pounds. Chairman Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great web based Membership system, Update after 6 years of Use" April 13, 2026 5.0 We use if for a Martial Arts Association running the Aikido Development Society using the paid version for £95 as we have nearly 400 memberships on the system. It is quick and easy to use for both the members and Administration, We have now written an integration into the British Aikido Board system (The national governing body for Aikido in the UK) Pros Membermojo is a brilliant package for small clubs and associations in the sporting area. It could be use for any other club activity as well. We use if for a Martial Arts Association. It is quick and easy to use for both the members and Admin. Cons A little difficult to understand when setting up, but the help system works well and the email support really worked. Cons Having to pay for expired members to keep them on the system.....it means the annual cost goes into the next payment band!
