Comments: Booker version 2 is no good! Aweful software, I would never recommend this!

Pros: It¿s base off a browser instead of your hard drive. There¿s nothing else positive to say about this product.

Cons: You cannot switch to version 1 from version 2. Plenty of open tickets, so bad that you manually have to do your own payroll because the point of sale credit card machine they tell you to get doesn¿t communicate well with the booker software. The point of sale credit card machine that they say only works with booker version 2 doesn¿t communicate well together. Make sure your internet is fast and have good frequency. Customer service is no help. I have had booker for 8 months and they still have not fixed these important problems.

They have 2 versions. They refused to let me switch to the version that would better suit my busines

Pros: The only thing that I did not have issues with was the training. The trainers are knowledgeable and very patient with trainees. The training is good, everything else (like meeting a business' needs, or customer support) not so much.

Cons: They have 2 versions. The older one will allow scheduling classes AND personal services AND do retail - perfect for my business! We do all of that! BUT... they assigned me to the newer version which will not allow scheduling of classes. More than half my business cannot be scheduled with this version... AND they refused to let me switch to the other version (even though that one is perfect & this one is useless to me). Now I need to shop for another scheduling software.

Overall: None really. Nothing that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use! There are many different ways to check clients in and out plus there are MANY different great resources that the software has to offer.

Cons: I don't like the software issues that we have each month. many technicians have issues with the Mobile App or we have issues with our clients receiving emails/ booking appointments.

Pros: Customer details section, pop up notifications upon booking or check-in; email and SMS reminders to clients

Cons: defaults to home address when inputting phone number; no field to input middle name to distinguish between clients who might have the exact same first and last name; default categories for products don't quite fit our needs as a natural healthcare / wellness center.

Comments: Booker is a robust solution for online scheduling and taking payments too. In theory, Booker will save you loads of time since customers schedule and manage their own appointments. In reality, we spend too much time on the phone with Booker trying to work out quirks.

Pros: Admin backend is solid and reliable. Lots of options to customize. Too many at times since finding just the right setting can take 15-20 minutes or require a phone call to customer service.

Cons: Customer front end is weak and confusing. Booker does not allow certain booking options (CF2) to be used in iFrames. This forces you to send customers to a 3rd party website (not yours) to make appointments. Fixes and feature requests come slowly if at all. If you are interested in using Booker be sure you know what you are getting into before you commit. It is very difficult to get 100, 500, or thousands of customers to move to a new appointment system if you later decide Booker is not what you expected. Get used to what Booker looks like now and be okay with that for the long haul. Don't plan on being able to add a feature of even getting Booker to fix bugs. Booker will show you a long list of "fixes" and revision numbers of updated software. I have never known any of these updates to address a bug of concern we had with the SaaS. Customer requests are ignored and bugs are described as features. Yes, they really are! For example, in some places staff names are sorted by first name and in other places they are sorted by last name. This does make it feel like you are using different software products and will infuriate you at times. Different interfaces all work differently. In other words, they all feel like different products. We use the admin interface, the Booker iOS app, the Booker customer app, CF1, and Facebook app. That seems like lots of great options until you realize how disjointed and different they all are. You are not merely learning one software package, you really have to learn them all.

Pros: I like the ability to offer clients online scheduling, reminder emails to confirm appointments, cancel appointments, schedule multiple appointments at once, and schedule couple's massages

Cons: Names do not populate easily of repeat clients, does not offer the ability to offer different pricing for the same services by different therapist

Comments: Appreciate your support both online and over the phone.

Pros: Appreciate how over the years Booker has been easy to use and reliable. Recently began using in conjunction with Booker and am very happy with the response to the confirmation texts.

Cons: Was told when I was deciding which software to use that Booker would integrate with Quickbooks and my data could be transferred everyday. Was not told that it was only a daily total that would transfer and after much work setting up all patients and POI we realized it would net be possible for us to use the POI. We now only use the appointment portion.

Comments: I highly recommend.

Pros: Booker has excellent customer support.... I've been with them for 3 years now and no matter what the problem I always receive courteous efficient friendly service . They resolve my issues and patiently answer all my questions. ...

Cons: They are often busy & hard to reach a rep during peak hours. M-F 9-5pm. I can not say that there is any product I have not thoroughly enjoyed.

Pros: Provides tools & reports for effective inventory, financial and customer management. Clients love the fact they can book online and receive appointment reminders.

Cons: Unavailability for chipreader software for older version, but Booker has provided reassurance they are currently working on a solution.

Comments: Thank you for keeping up the improvements, please continue to add the features and functionality that your competitors are working on in this space.

Pros: Booker does a fantastic job of combining many useful products into one very useful platform! My business could not function without the scheduling, customer management, transaction processing, marketing, and communication features that are all part of one very user friendly application. Every day my business relies on Booker for smooth and efficient operation.

Cons: I only wish it had the ability to customize it more based on specific industry. There are features that could be added that could add value that would make this application even more compelling.

Pros: Easy to use, quick maneuvering, easily eligible, customizable, everything is in one place - don¿t have to spend a lot of time looking for things

Pros: Booker makes many of our tasks simple with automation features and a full suite of tools. We are very appreciative of the new feature of integrating Frederick into our suite. The fact that I can create a newsletter and send in less than 30 minutes is amazing. I no longer have to worry about creating and managing email lists for clients. Booker does an outstanding job of tracking sales and giving me real-time feedback. The fact that I can integrate Booker's features directly into my website, Facebook and other platforms is exceptional.

Cons: Scheduling for classes needs to be a simpler process. We have seen issues with clients being able to book if they are members. A client cannot book two spots for their kids (if they have more than one) with a single email address. We have asked for this feature to be worked on.

Comments: I've used this app at 2 different salons and have enjoyed it since day 1!

Pros: Not too complicated. There's a fix for almost everything. You can be alerted for every appointment made. Customer service is nice and helpful.

Cons: I wouldn't say there are many cons other than SOMETIMES the app times out and refuses to let you log on/ see your appointments. Most of the time it is very temporary though..

Comments: Would love to have a quick call with programmers to give quicks tips to make the online booking system the best by far.

Pros: Books couples massage requiring two therapist (this is a great feature and booker is one of the few that have). Super flexible GC system that allows the service , not the price of the service to show up (very important for spas).

Cons: No mobile options for people to purchase on phones. Also swiper/tablet options requires 5 steps to charge and close (not near as simplified as square). Online booking system is good, but could be vastly improved with one little coding tweak (it bases everything on the start of business day instead of appointments that are already booked, leaving gaps and missed appointments). I could explain this really quickly and booker would be the best by far, because you are the only one's that book couples massage.

Pros: I love that it's a complete system--handling my scheduling, client reminders, special offers, gift certificates, and reporting. And paired with the customer rep, it's an amazing tool for rebooking clients and filling open slots. I also love that the booker team takes our feedback, and continually improves the system. I have recommended booker to many of my cohorts and will continue to do so!

Cons: I've needed customer service a couple of times, and though available and responsive, they often aren't able to help and I am left to figure it out myself. I also wish the training event notices were much smaller and/or didn't cover up the application window. It's annoying when I'm trying to take payment or schedule a client. :-(

Comments: Hoping someday you can integrate SMS messaging in different countries.

Pros: I love this system overall. It keeps so many parts of my business organized and presents a professional look to all of clients.

Cons: It's frustrating that there still isn't a way to integrate 2 locations. I have one set of staff but 2 different spas. I'd love a way to be able to make appointments for both locations that could keep track of the staff. Currently, I have had to create a "room" in my current system in order to make sure the staff is accounted for and do all the checkouts so as not to affect the accounting in my primary location. Hoping that could be a future add on someday.

Pros: It is great for when someone can book in the middle of the night for the following day. Clients say it is easy. So many great features, of which I can grow into.

Cons: Mobile and Desktop versions are not recognized by devices I believe. I had to have separate link in website because Mobile users were getting Desktop version, and then the font and graphics are too small. The Mobile version looks nothing like the desktop version. It is confusing. It is too hard for a non-programing type to get the versions to look good. POS, working with SubLyme, Integrity, and Trustwave all a major pain in the butt. For a small small business like me, there has to be something more like Square which is where I have gone back to!

Pros: Manage everything from appointments to employees and products. Great for any style of business from personal to resort!

Comments: I hope they put the document management settings back on the brand level, so our new employees don't have to log into both locations on different browsers in order to upload documents.

Pros: It is pretty simple to use, and they work on improving it often. We were able to edit our membership even though when I called, they told me it could not be done.

Cons: They have taken some features away that make it very inconvenient. The Brand level is separate from the location levels, so we have to change locations on our screen when we need to do certain things. Also, their customer support is not very good. They prefer you email them, which works in some cases, but most of the time you need more than an email to convey the issue. Second, I have called more than once to find out how to do something, and they were wrong. Last time, I called to see if we could edit our membership to include more than just one service that the benefits could be used for. He told me no, unfortunately I'd have to cancel all of our memberships, make a new one, and then resell all of them. This would take far too long. I did some digging and found the solution on my own, and it was not only possible, but really not that hard. They also update during our open hours. Since we're 6 hours different, it's not surprising but it is very inconvenient to have our system down during that last hour or two of our day.

It is an easy program with lots of valuable features.

Pros: I like the ease of use and functionality. Its an easy to learn layout thats simple. There are also lots of features that are awesome for building clientele.

Cons: It goes down quite frequently. Sometimes the amount of information you can add per client is overwhelming.

Comments: Overall great program.

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to navigate. The pop up windows for each section make scheduling swift and edficient.

Comments: Overall it's a good system, but there are a number of software bugs & glitches that can be very frustrating. Also- understand that the system will sometimes go down- it would be helpful to be able to locally download he system so when it does the business is not at a stand still

Pros: Could based soft ware system so I can access it anywhere. Very easy to use , intuitive, easy to train to

Cons: The system sometimes goes down, it has a number of bugs that hinder the use and can be very frustrating (e.g. Customer names don't automatically come up all the time). When the system goes down there is no back up so we can't even see the schedule and expect our clients.

Pros: I already knew how to use the system when I went to open my own place. It was also easy to use if I hadn't already known the system

Cons: The fact that if I don't use it for a while during the day I have to log back in. Other wise nothing bad has happened haha

Pros: Booker is easy to use on the desktop. Booking clients is easy and taking payments is also very efficient.

Cons: The way booker looks on the mobile app makes it difficult to navigate and hard to see which clients are booked at a particular time.

Pros: Booker is a very good website. It's a very simple website and makes booking appointments so easy!!!!

Cons: Only con about booker is you have to make sure you clean your cookies often, otherwise the server can be very slow.

Pros: Bottom line is it is easy to use once you take time to learn the site. There is a small amount of bugs or issues I ever run into.

Cons: The default view setting occasionally resets on the Appointments page, otherwise no major bugs on the site.

Finally found everything I've been looking for in one company.

Pros: It offers everything Ive wanted in one program and it doesn't kill my pocket. I'm finally able to do memberships, gift cards, and more to keep my clients happy.

Cons: I'm happy to say I haven't run into any glitches yet. Not really much I can say aside from how much I appreciate it.

Pros: Accessible from my phone, tablet or laptop. Easy to add new services or products. Gives detailed reports for just about everything to help run my business.

Cons: Options for membership or loyalty programs are additional upgrades. Would be nice to be included with monthly subscription.

Comments: Only in the first month. Hopefully things get better but will be looking at Ispa in October. Need a product that works on the back end as well as the front end.

Pros: I like the front end, most of it works well. Like the online booking feature, texting employees when service is set up. Gift certificate feature. Marketing options are a good start. Notifications to clients of services works well.

Cons: Reporting just does not work. If you have to refund a client, your reporting is all incorrect and you will overpay your therapists. Then the reports you run dont actually add up correctly. Customer service did not understand why this is an issue. I guess they are not the ones overpaying their employees. Also dont like the set up of compensation for therapist when they get paid per service, its cumbersome. Online booking engine does not work when using IE. I know its a somewhat broken program but we cant control what browser users are utilizing so we lose business because they think it wont work.

I've tried so hard to make this software work and it just fails me

Pros: I like that it is at least up to speed with the functions such as mindbody in terms of booking appointments, automated emails and payroll reports

Cons: I have researched and spoken with over 8 diff booking systems. I am writing this review because I wish there were more reviews out there when I was looking. The most important thing is do your research before you choose because all of them make it very hard to leave once all your data is in there. The customer service with booker is just HORRIBLE and to me when you are learning a new system and running your entire business from it there it really takes priority. It is also always having random glitches try explaining that to your frustrated clientele. Honesty it has hurt my business. BUT even that would be excusable if I could actually speak to someone about it. They are often unavailable for help and when they aren't there and you try to look online you have to have a separate log in for a support window! That to me is ridiculous mostly because this log in often doesn't work and then you have no way of retrieving it because you need to 'contact customer service' but there is no customer service so work/business is put on hold! Pros: Ease of use.
We run multiple locations. Being moblie friendly and able to book from anywhere helps us be able to grow.

I am a return customer. I've used booker in the past. We stepped away and are coming back cause the others where not fitting our needs.

Cons: V2 does not have the on line store set up for product purchases. It is not fully built out to the structures of V1. But I was promised by the end of the year.

Your preferred merchant ... not sure I'm finding their value. The sales guy said they would be sooo much lower than Square. But I'm needing to jump through hoops to get the data from first data.

Comments: It isn't perfect, but gets the job done.

Pros: I like how intuitive Booker is. The reporting function is very useful to track and manage my promotions, tips, employees hours, etc.

Cons: Clients have a lot of trouble creating accounts and logging back in. I don't understand why it happens so often... it creates a lot of duplicates in our system that we have to manually purge. Also wish it integrated with QuickBooks...

Pros: There are not many pros for this software/product. The only pro is that on a very basic level it works and you can get by using it.

Cons: There are far too many cons for this software/product so I will keep it simple and to the point. Its slow, it randomly crashes, has too many updates and notifications regarding updates. Its not easy to use and most features make little to no sense.

Overall: Because it is not easy to use it did require me to think more and thinknoutside the box.

Pros: I was excited to transfer my software to Booker. I was told that 99.5% of my information from my previous software company would transfer. The part that would not transfer would only be my stored credit cards. I was good with this. Only to find out on onboarding day that my appointment book does not transfer! I would have to manually re enter my books. WHAT? I have 9 stylists that are booked out almost 6 months in advance! Really? You want me to manually go through and enter every single appointment? They can enter the past, but not the future appointments? WHO DOESNT DO THIS? Booker apparently. I had every question known to man about the program as it would be a huge deal to transfer software for my salon... I have not heard of any other company NOT transfering the most vital part of the business.

Cons: I signed the agreement based on the facts I was given by Customer support representative . I was good with the enrollment fee.... well, come time to transfer, the most vital part of my business could not be transfered.... and they refuse to refund the my fee!! I DIDN't change my mind, they failed to deliver on what Customer support representative sold to me. Also, they kept charging me a monthly fee although I was told I would not be charged until after I was installed. I was charged twice without even being installed!!!! They have said they will refund those 2 charges, but not the enrollment fee based on what she told them ..... of course she is covering. Bad. bad. bad.

Everything works fairly fine, unless there are glitches in the system.

Pros: I like that it is very easy to use and teach people how to use it. Also all of the features that it has, makes it easy to book clients.

Cons: When clients try to book online through Booker, it sometimes does not put them on the books, or the slot is already filled and we will get double booked.

Pros: I love the way Booker works directly with my web page. My clients and potential clients can book right from my web site, purchase gift certificates from the comfort of their homes or offices, and print them or email them right from their computer without having to come to my office. I am often in service with a client and don't have a lot of time to answer or return calls during my work day let alone meet people to hand deliver gift certificates. I don't have a receptionist or assistant to assist in these matters. I love the fact that I have my very own App to give to my clients so they can save ME to their phones and book on line any time of the day or night, without having to try to find me first. I'm just a click away. The best part is that after you set up your booker to work with your website, it just makes scheduling my clients appts soooo much easier. They get an email notification with Appt details and directions. Then an appt reminder 24 hrs before their Appt so they can click the confirm button, so I don't have to make confirmation calls the day before, then a text reminder notification 3 hours before their Appt which cuts down on no shows, and late cancellations. I love it!!

Cons: I have 2 locations and Booker does not have a place to differentiate either location. So when my clients book on line, there is no way of telling them which days I am at one location and which days I am at the other. So when they are looking at my open appts, they don't know which location they are booking for. This kind of takes my 5 star Status and brings it down to a 3 because this causes my clients much confusion when trying to book, and me soooo much stress, because what good is it if I always have to call them anyway when they are trying to schedule on line?? This defeats the whole purpose of online scheduling. This needs to be fixed and upgraded. Another thing. The mobile app is limited to its back of the house functionality. It's very easy to schedule appts, but looking up Gift Certificate numbers and entering them for payment after a client redeems them is time consuming and not user friendly. I also wish I had Email/ text Marketing built in so I could send my clients daily, weekly and monthly specials. There are days that I would love to send out a quick text telling my clients what time slots I have available. This would be soooooo easy since all of their contact info is already in the system. I would also like to see yearly reports and just imagine how great it would be if the accounting software was built right in! All in one place! Now that would make Booker the leader in the industry!

Overall: The ease and functionality for my clients to have my app on their phone for scheduling wherever they are, no matter what time of day or night it is. It's also a reminder for them to schedule when they see my app At a glance! The reminder notifications allows me to focus on servicing my clients instead of scheduling appts, and making confirmations calls every day.

Pros: Seems to be everything I need, like that it's cloud-based, like that it tracks inventory and gives me reports, allows me to keep great notes....I do think it provides all that's needed.

Cons: Problems with SPEED this past year! Especially if you are in minimum itier. I will say that I'm seriously interested in switching to another company. mindbody offers ASCP/ABMP members a program. It doesn't have as much capability as booker, I think I wouldn't be able to sell products online, etc., but that's not something I use very much anyway.

Overall: In general I already covered the benefits....but one thing I forgot to complain about is the difficulty in moving a client with multiple treatments!!! I may have a client booked for 3-4 treatments lasting 2-3 hours, and say the opportunity comes up for them to come in an hour earlier. I can't just move the whole appt up! I have to edit each item one by one, updating the appt after each adjustment!!! or just cancel the whole damned-able thing and reenter it?!

Pros: Very easy to train new staff in how to use the system. It makes sense in how you process appointments and collect for services. Good inventory management system.

Cons: It will not process returns for products purchased. It does not close out a gift certificate once it is used fully.

Pros: I think the calendar layout is good and clear. I like the right-click options list and appreciate that it covers most client/user needs.

Cons: The fact that when you are ringing up someone with Clover, the lag between both sides during the few stages of processing is sometimes very tedious. Somewhat related: Entering in multiples of any item takes way to long since you must enter them separately.

Pros: I love how the software is able to tie so many different factors into one system, customers-credit cards-scheduling. Employees-schedules-payroll and more...

Cons: I wish that the notifications were a bit more customizable. I also wish that the software was a bit more intuitive regarding repeating series and the rooms that the appointments are placed in, but I'm not sure if that is a possibility.

Pros: This system is very easy to use, for both myself, my co-workers and our clients. My clients love the convenience of being able to book their own appointments online.

Cons: Every now and then the system will be unavailable when I am needing to access it to check a customer out, but the issue is always quickly resolved and doesn't cause too much inconvenience.

Overall: Many more return clients because of the convenience of the online scheduling feature. Also, a more efficient working team because the system is so easy to learn and understand.

Pros: Easy to use, functionable. All of our staff caught on very quickly, adjusting the schedule is the best part! No headaches.

Cons: Not being able to set up notifications per stylist for each item according to what they want for their own clients. (Cancellations, bookings, etc) not everyone wants them, but those that do only want their clients and not everyone elses.

Pros: I really like this software as it is my third. I enjoy everything about it. Booking appointments are easy and the system design is functional and better than any other software that I have tried. The security for employees to log in is strict.

Cons: There are a few things that I prefer to be able to do since I have been a user for almost 4 years. Having the option to block refunds to credit card so it doesn't come up on the order screen. Sometimes the system goes down and we cannot access any information. When services are credited back to customers, it doesn't reflect in staff sales report.

Pros: memberships, series and tracking. this system replaces my excel spreadsheet. much easier and offers a online app.

Cons: Does not allow multiple locations, go around is cumbersome. Pros: data storage reports ease of use in most situations even though it's not the most user friendly

Cons: gift certificate processing and data, on line booking inconsistantcies, blocking, clipboard, some employee settings create problems, many counter intuitive situations ie add another service, changing money on payment processing, customer pages are empty till half way down the page, data at 10 a page default, adjusting data after the appointment etc...

Pros: It's ease of operation is the best feature. I also love the reminder texts that are sent out! It's also nice to be able to customize to each stylist!

Cons: Not being able to use all features on a mobile devise that are available on a computer. I wish that when a price was adjusted, the system would remember that price for each individual client.

Overall: Individualizations for each stylist. This allows us to book specific times for every service.

Pros: I like that there is an app for me to download, so that Booker is easy to access on my phone. I don't have to go to an internet page to access it. I also appreciate that I am able to view appointments, or schedules, or changes by accessing the app at any time of the day or night.

Cons: Inability to store password on my phone. Either need to use phone stored finger prints or type in password each time

Overall: Convenience and ease

Pros: the appointment reminders, POS System built in, being able to see history of clients, use for multiple locations and being able to share notes

Cons: outages, poor response from customer service - whenever they say they will call you back - they do not

Pros: All the different types of reports that can be produced. Also that it is easy to combine client profiles when they make a new one online. I love that people can book online for various appiintments, they absolutely love that...and that their CC stays on their too so they can do it on the fly.

Cons: The online training sessions arenxt recorded to be seen at a later time if you miss the actual meeting time. Some of the trainings i would like to be a part of or at least view, but the times dont work with my schedule...if they could be accessed at a time more useful to me that would be great! Another thing is that i wish we could personalize the wording on the reminder text messafes like we can with the emails that are sent out!

Overall: All my scheduling and appointment processing and business organization with it everywhere i go!

Great for salon stats, not great for clients.

Pros: Great for salon POS, great for keeping track of inventory. Daily cash register end of day functions are straight forward and easy to use.

Cons: Online booking's lack of a feature for clients to be able to search for next available appointment with a specific stylist. Literally every booking software does this. It's our number one complaint from our clients. The end up getting frustrated going day by day and eventually call the salon instead.

Pros: It's easy to use and links well with our app for our clients to book appts. Very easy to check clients out.

Cons: It's slow, needs updating, will freeze up or not let you schedule and takes minutes to refresh. Also there should be options for me to see customizable reports.

Pros: I like the ability to see the schedules of other people at my wellness studio. I can see who will be working, in which rooms, and all on one screen.

Cons: I dislike the checkout options. I would like to be able to choose if an email goes out to a client when I go through the checkout process. Many folks are sick of receiving an email every time I check them out and I don't have the choice to send one or not. The app is kind of a nightmare. It's handy for setting up a new appointment but horrible for checking people out. It throws up errors every time I try, so I have stopped bothering. So I have to wait to get home to my computer to check all of my clients out. Very inconvenient.

Scheduling, moving, canceling, and changing appointments is easy.

Pros: I love the client profile. You can look back and see everything he/she has bought, what services they got, and you can also make notes about the client if they are allergic to anything or have any preferences during their appointment! With this feature, we can see everything we need to know about the client's appointment when we print out the itinerary for the day. This way, we have all of the up-to-date info for the client and mistakes are less likely to be made. I love that.

Cons: I would love to see the "document storage" feature to become compatible with tablets and phones. I would like to see our service providers be able to look at their phone or tablet and see their clients profile before they perform their service. I love that we have gone paperless and have stored all of our Client Intake Forms on Booker, but I would like to see easier access to them.

Overall: We are able to schedule, complete orders, keep up with client profiles, and take inventory with ease. It gets the job done for our spa and we rely on it completely! It was a great software choice for us. We would not use anything else.

Good for a basic software. Not super customizable.

Pros: It is easy to learn the ins and outs of this software. It's fairly basic and upfront. Being cloud based is a plus.

Cons: Tech support takes forever to get a hold of. There are often "Slowness issues" or problems with the server that result in a lot of down time.

Overall: Super basic, cheap price, cloud based allows our barbers to access their schedule wherever and whenever.

Pros: A lot of useful features for a reasonable price. Can book appointments, collect payment, track inventory, and clients can book online.

Cons: Can't customize service categories, cant scan documents to storage directly (scan to computer then upload), customer service is too scripted and doesn't do anything to implement changes to the software that the users need

Good experience - my only complaint is the sometimes inflexibility of the system

Pros: the ability to create and share appointment schedules with employees and having them to be able to view the appointments on their smart phones

Cons: The inflexibility of some features related to scheduling (when a client has multiple employees performing a service for him/her) and product management

Pros: I love the online booking for clients, and they love it too. Being able to log in from anywhere is amazing.

Cons: I do feel like it runs slow quite a bit, but it always gets resolved quickly. Cancelling appointments online is too confusing for clients to figure out and they always end up emailing or calling to cancel and it's time consuming for us.

I regret switching to Booker! Horrible!

Pros: online booking but the page clients connect to is ugly and clients tell me to update it but I can't.

Cons: CC processing has to many clicks and clients actually become irate. System is cloud based only and lags or crashes CONSTANTLY! So nothing works! too many clicks to do everything. looking up client info from appointment on calendar screen should be a simple 1 click. the voting or suggestion area on their site in hopes to involve users so booker can provide the service we actually want IS A JOKE! booker only adds or removes or fixes when is core to website or what they believe we want. cc process is important, the multiple clicks and extended time to do everything is important and what should be what booker changes but no they change nothing. check out the request on that page and you will see complaints current and same complaints going back years and no solution. They make everything more difficult to do or resolve more difficult than necessary.

Pros: How easy it is to use. Everything being in one place is extremely convenient and helps keep my business running smooth!

Cons: I do get very annoyed when the system is down or is running slow. The app could use some updating. It is not as easy to use as the computer system. I usually just use it to check what appts i have.

Overall: Keeps my appointments and clients neat and organized. I love the online booking. Being able to see my reports for the week.

I've been with Booker for almost 1 and a half and I really admire the customer service.

Cons: What I like least about the software is the fact that it tends to have a lag time but overall it's a great software.

Pros: I like that i can schedule my clients and withe they service to be in already. Great for my spa. My staff can use it and put in all the clients. They love that it reminds them of the appointments. It is a great tool to use in the salon.

Cons: I am still learning how to work in the software. I have most of the scheduling down. But i still need help doing other things in software.

Overall: Scheduled and inventory.

Our spa uses it for everything. It's a great resource

Pros: its easy to use. Customers like that they can book online. I like the way it categorizes product so it makes it easy to access st checkout. The booking process is also easy and convenient

Cons: Sometimes it is slow or won't work at all. The app crashes a lot so I find myself using the desktop site more.

Overall: I use it on a daily basis to book appointments, take payment from clients, and store client info. I can write notes about each client to provide a more personalized experience at future visits. Online booking it great.

It gets the basic job done.

Pros: It's rather user friendly. If you can think logically what to do next the system guides you through itself.

Cons: I want it to have more detailed features. For ex. Txt message reminders customizable for each client that gets booked as they are booked.

Pros: I love the Frederick part of the program. I also like that a client can schedule on line. I like that it sends out text reminders and email reminders to my clients. As well as follow up thank you and Survey

Cons: I do not like that my employees that have admin access also have access to their time clock.
I need for them to take care of important Booker features But I do not want them to alter their time.

Frustrating. It's valuable to be able to use all these features - when they work.

Pros: Clients booking in the middle of the night, automatically. Buying gifts and packages. Keeping multiple employees organized.

Cons: When customers book and it doesn't work and they wait outside an empty building... Many many challenges Pricessing payments. Finding support. Frederick makes me nuts.

Overall: Increased revenue, ability to scale.

Cons: Finding orders can be a bit difficult for returns and actually returning items may be a bit difficult with the process

Pros: I used another software where I couldn't add services at check out but with Booker i can add, delete and even modify services at checkout.

Cons: I do not like the pop-up reminders reappearing after I've already x out the pop-up the previous day.

Overall: It saves me time and keep my schedule in order.

Pros: Very easy to use and easy to train. I find that scheduling is the best of any system that I have used or tried out. It makes sense in checking people in and checking people out. The ability to move appointments and change the schedule is wonderful.

Cons: The accounting side of things does not run as smoothly as I would like. I do not like that we cannot do a return in the system for product sold. Our only option is a gift certificate that does not track the product being returned.

Overall: Ease of use and product management.

Pros: It's great to have access for all the stylists on their phones so they can see their schedules without contacting me directly!

Cons: The text and email confirmation system lacks consistency!! For many months I've been trying to get customer service to fix the Verizon bug in the text messaging system, but not only has it not been fixed, they've just stopped contacting me about it. Not cool that Verizon people don't get texts unless I manually send or rebook. And even the email confirmations, and other carrier texts don't go through all the time. I need consistency. When clients don't get their texts, they think they can not show up for appointments, and then my stylists lose money. Not cool

Overall: I think that my stylists can access their schedules on the go, and not have to bug me about their day. But this system leaves much to be desired.

Pros: Access to entire schedule now easier to understand. I've used a lot of different booking/reservations softwares and this one is good at what it does.

Cons: Poorly set up when I came into using the system in February. Not sure if this system is the best for our line of business.

Overall: Being able to clearly see my schedule for the following week or two, and way beyond. It's nice to be able to organize my life months out.

Pros: It's intuitive and has ample opportunity for customization. I figured out how to set up my services without any help or instructions.

Overall: Convenience. I have used so many other software packages and this one is at the top of the list for ease of use and has what I need.

Pros: Great software. Easy to use. Easy to navigate thru. Doesn't have to much going on to distract the focus of using it as a calendar/job schedule.

Cons: Dont like that when a client/ customer number is stored, u can't call it. Have to either write down or memorize the number.
