### "Solid Platform, Excellent Support"

Not a perfect system but does what we need it to. \[sensitive content hidden\] and team are always available to help and get things figured out when we need something.

Pros

Ticket Window has all of the features we need to operate our business which has unique needs. So lots of ability to do a selection of things.

Cons

Video integration is lacking on the site without embedding YouTube videos and using XML to bring events forward but it is working overall.

Overall very happy using Ticketwindow.

Pros

Ticketwindow has everything all in one place! You can market your event, sell tickets to it, you can also sell memberships and receive donations to your organization. It also has great reporting options.

Cons

Video tutorials on how to use the different features might be nice. (Honestly I couldn't think of anything negative so I'm really reaching here!)

Pros

There is a lot of data available in the reporting.

Cons

Unresolved problems with bounced ticket confirmation emails. There are no manuals. Setting up subscriptions is a nightmare. Difficult to find various functions in the menu because there are no manuals

Pros

From concept, setup, to ticket buyers experiences, our recent event recently completed and sales closed seamlessly. With access to reporting and response times from the Ticketwindow team very efficient, our teams could gather metrics from purchase metrics to anticipate next steps for our event promotions

Cons

Liked least: to independently adjust text/copy, with frequency, to align with marketing promo changes as event timeline neared (we did not request this support from TicketWindow)

Pros

TW took a special interest in my charity event and helped support us by marketing for us and helping us land a venue, all custom tasks not usually listed in their features.

Cons

I haven't come across a specific Con related to my request as of yet.
