Pros: By using IVR software, it saves a lot of my time and money. This software has got the potential of utilizing less time. It does not take lunch breaks so that I can use it 24 hours a day. I can use this software to give my home-based business to an expert and professional look by the addition of different menu options. It reduces human errors like it does not transfer my call to any wrong department

Cons: I can feel that this IVR software can easily be used in the wrong ways for some illegal purposes. It also has some values that are too long and difficult to understand. Some of the messages contain a lot of information that is not necessary to remember, or they also include irrelevant content. I feel that the voice prompts are demanding to understand as the voice talent does not allow the word correctly or clearly.

Overall: I feel that the IVR software is best to use as it is available for me every time I can also intentionally use it formality par department that result in separating the voice mailboxes. This software makes me feel as someone attends to their multiple needs. It is cost-effective and easy to use, and you can easily overcome the cons of IVR software in the business. I have tried this software, and this is the best to reduce human errors.
