It helped us organize our sales documents and improve how we manage files and workflows. At first it was a bit confusing, but after some use it became easier to navigate. It’s not the most modern-looking system, but it’s reliable and gets the job done. Pros I used FossLook mainly to manage sales documents and organize client files in one place. It really helped reduce email clutter and made file sharing within the team much easier. The document management system is reliable and saves time when searching for files. However, the interface feels a bit outdated and it took some time to get used to it. Overall, it offers good value for money and works well once you understand how it’s structured. Cons One thing I liked least about FossLook is that the interface feels a bit outdated and not very intuitive at first. It took some time to get used to the system and understand where everything is. Also, the customer support can be a bit slow sometimes, especially for more technical issues.
