Pros: Really chuffed with the way things were set out and the superb customer support by the guys from the off.

We asked them if they could integrate a few things that would make the software even better for our business and they agreed and it was all done over a two month period. We genuinely couldn't go back to running the business with out it now and unlike other software out there that we looked at, we've not seen a stupid price hike after we're hooked.

Cons: There really aren't any, as every time we have had a small hiccup, they have rectified it immediately.

Pros: It is quick and easy to use,
Backs up to Dropbox,
Has a built in reminder and matrix module,
The add on of new functionality seems endless

Cons: There are no cons because any issue gets resolved, The support by phone and email has been very quick and provides good communication,

Overall: The system has helped us to never miss out on invoicing for completed works
