If we needed something updated, e put in s ticket and it was done over night. It was also very clean in it's approach to drag and drop layouts. They also provided a high quality of guidance that would also not have been available from a larger entity that may have a much narrower focus. Working with Maclear at these two different companies demonstrated the high value add working with a smaller more flexible entity can be. Cons My experience with Maclear was regarding an implementation of an alternative eGRC tools, but their services could be equally applied since they have demonstrated an ability to be flexible.
