August 20, 2020 4.0 I started out with Bench for their knowledge on SBA laws during the pandemic; i quickly added them to be my bookeeping service. Pros super easy to sign on and they are very knowledgeable. Especially with the PPP and SBA laws, they are a leader. Cons had quickbooks prior and they werent able to merge my prior books into their software. That being said, their software is way easier to use and more streamlined. I'm very happy with it. My CPA recommended Bench to me, and I am really happy with it. Pros Easy to use. Easy to read reports. Easy to communicate with my bookkeeper. They were able to save me a TON of time in getting my books up to date, and now it's basically on autopilot. Can't express enough how happy I am to have the bench team/software keeping this going for me. Also, their support team is absolutely FANTASTIC - from sales to onboarding to management. It's really been such a great experience all around. Pros Great reporting (more than I was getting with other software), easy to use, and really didn't have to think about it too much. Saved me a ton of time. Cons There were a few glitches in syncing up my accounts, but they did get resolved. Review Source DB David B. Great customer service. I get to work one on one with the accountants in charge of my account. Great app and website. It saves me so much time in the business office so I can get back to what matters. I would easily say that I will make my money back 5 times over in time saved and get a have a higher quality financial report and bookkeeping data. Pros I love the team at bench. I feel very taken care of and they do their work quickly. I love not ever having to worry about doing my own books. It’s takes so much time and doesn’t pay the bills! Cons One big drawback is there software always disconnects from my bank. So I have to go in there a few times a lot to reconnect. Customer service is wonderful, and it is user friendly. Pros I like being able to categorize and organize all of my expenditures and receipts for my law practice. Organization is key, and having everything sync with our bank accounts to create helpful reports is very valuable. Compatibility with our bank accounts and payroll software is very helpful. I can finally just focus on building the business without doing all that tedious worrying about financials. Because I can now focus on amplifying my business full on, in a year we project to expand to a bigger location and having Bench take the bookkeeping work off my plate was a huge part of this becoming a reality.
