"EV Reach Review"

**Overall:** helping end user solve problems without having to be psychically there in person.

**Pros:** Remote connecting is the most impactful due to the ease of use

**Cons:** Sometime it sticks due to a poor network connection.

"Great tool for remote support"

**Overall:** He use it for many years and works great, also with the administration help us to get reports, install software remotely and support users

**Pros:** Can have a server that allows to log all the sessions and manage the connections for IT to the clients

**Cons:** Update the client agent, when there's an update for some reason most of the computers install it but we can not connect to the computer until we reinstall the agent.
