Many families register at the parish and there is a great deal of information that I obtain about each family. It is easy to enter all this information into OPRS and I have easy access to the information when it is needed. Last week I needed a report of all the families with children under the age of four so that I could contact them and see if they were interested in a Sunday nursery. The list was easy to get and within minutes I had the labels for the letters. I also needed a list of teachers in the parish to see if I could identify some potential catechism teachers for next year. It was a simple process to find out who they are, their ages, skill set, length of time in the parish, and more. Whenever I need assistance with the program, it is only a phone call away and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend OPRS to you. As an associate pastor it was great to use in tracking the census. As a pastor it is even better for tracking contributions and Sacramental records.
