The platform's intuitive design made onboarding a breeze for our team, with minimal training required to get everyone up to speed. The dashboard is a standout feature, providing us with a real-time overview of our safety metrics at a glance, which has been invaluable for quick decision-making and reporting. One of the most impressive aspects is the software's adaptability. The custom module creation feature allowed us to tailor the system to our specific industry requirements, a process that was surprisingly straightforward. The software's reminder system for upcoming audits and training has been a game-changer, ensuring we stay ahead of compliance and never miss a critical deadline. Fantastic experience. As a small company we were able to start with a few modules and add modules as we grew & expanded. Great tool & fantastic customer service.

Pros

Outstanding customer service. I recently used another similar software (INX) where the customer service was awful and it made me think how brilliant the customer service at MYOSH was. They are totally client focussed rather than profit focussed.

Nothing really, tool was easy to use etc

Pros

Reliable. Thats about all I can say. The software doesn't offer anything that their competitors cannot.

Cons

Not user friendly. Modifications requested takes weeks and additional costs. Functionality is rubbish. Graphs and statistics is very limited. Cannot do half the functions of other competitors. Worst software I have used.
