My contacts have been very helpful and responsive.

Pros

Ability to structure my bid, time frame and # of bids, end early and retain records

Cons

Updates/upgrades have had minor hiccups. Deleting Bids is not functioning properly and some of my user had an issue with the language switching on them.

Reasons for choosing TenderEasy

Previous Experience and the promise that some day we can download our history. Currently we have to request the download monthly.

What I like most is that using the TenderEasy is really Easy and the menu is intuitive.

Cons

I don't have enough options to download various reports and data for analysis, there are limitations on the period for which I can extract the information needed.

Pros

In one page you can see all the useful information related to the shipment we have to handle.

Cons

Session expires after a few minutes. I have to login again every time I have to check my pending shipments.
