That said, I wasn't an admin so maybe there are options that I just don't know about Pros I liked the record keeping and the option to add notes. That they weren't mandatory made the tracking quicker and less of a hassle Cons Maybe it was just how we used it, but the estimated times and subtasks and stuff were odd. Like subtasks added to the estimate i think and that wasn't true. we had to do an extra step to subtract that time. Also, it panicked a lot even when we weren't out of time yet, at least as far as I can see in a project. Pros They user interface is very intuitive, no learning curve at all. It makes it easy to track tasks and the time to complete them. Cons It's not accessible on mobile devices. Not very extensible should your needs deviate much from the norm.
