Pros: This allows us to automate a VERY tedious process. It has also significantly enhanced our feedback quantity and quality, as obtaining reviews is part logical and part human. The customer service team is very advanced in setting these email sequences up and offers great insight into how to improve your ratings. And it works!

Cons: We are on the east coast, and I think their phone support closes up around 3 - 5 pm e.s.t. (as XSellco is in the UK). I has not been a problem and I just had to learn this and factor it into our timing for support.

Pros: save my time on doing analysis so i dont need to review those feedback and the sales number.

you guys give me the report which is really helpful.

Cons: overall is good. price can be cheaper. it will be good if you guys can contact customer for us on the negative feedback.

Pros: It's automated; you set it up once and it's working. Helped us boost the number of reviews on Amazon.

Cons: can't really see what product reviews we receive (but that might be more Amazon's issue. Split testing is not that clear.
