About SnapShop

SnapShop allows retail team members to document and report on task completion, observations and issues in a super simple way. The field employee can be the back-office's eyes and ears in the field. This starts by taking a photo, choosing from pre-made pull down menus, categories or choices (for efficiency, no need to write). All photos are tagged with GPS location, other information along with user, date and time. Best of all, information is accessible from any device anytime, anywhere.

Comments: Snapshop is a simple tool for taking pictures and tag them with metadata. We use it to capture displays in stores, but it can really be used for all kinds of systematic labelling of photos. With the app taking and classifying photos is super easy, and setup is also made in a matter of hours. This is a the tool to have if you don't have or want a full fledged CRM system, which often have similar tools, but always suffer from the inherent rigidity of such systems.

Pros: It is easy to adapt to several users and customers all over the Nordics.

Cons: Nothinf to affect the use.

Overall: I have been using Snapshop for about two years now. I´m using it to follow our customers brands all over the Nordic countries. We have personnel in many countries doing fieldwork and it is really easy to follow up the different fieldwork with before and after pictures. I have a long expirience in using similar tools but finds Snapshop really good and easy to adapt to the needs. It is easy to get reports from the system to report to the customers.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just keep it simple and put some effort in the planning of the reports.
