SnapShop allows retail team members to document and report on task completion, observations and issues in a super simple way. The field employee can be the back-office's eyes and ears in the field. We use it to capture displays in stores, but it can really be used for all kinds of systematic labelling of photos. With the app taking and classifying photos is super easy, and setup is also made in a matter of hours. This is a the tool to have if you don't have or want a full fledged CRM system, which often have similar tools, but always suffer from the inherent rigidity of such systems. I´m using it to follow our customers brands all over the Nordic countries. We have personnel in many countries doing fieldwork and it is really easy to follow up the different fieldwork with before and after pictures. I have a long expirience in using similar tools but finds Snapshop really good and easy to adapt to the needs. It is easy to get reports from the system to report to the customers. Pros It is easy to adapt to several users and customers all over the Nordics. Cons Nothinf to affect the use.
