I could easily gain access to staff members' computers and take care of the things I needed to. The program works smoothly. Pros I need to remote access with many staff members each and every day. This product did work well and once I had it installed for other staff members, I could connect easily. Cons Really, the price was the only thing that pushed me away. $25 per month was a bit out of our companies range, so I had to cancel.
