Pros Consoft is a good platform for hosting virtual events. I really liked its customizable features, specially for setting up exhibitors' stalls based .The real-time announcements and chat option is best which engage our users also. The admin software & App streamlined our entire event process, from registration to execution. Also realtime stats & report generation feature that helped us track event performance, then spot registration was seamless, and the instant badge printing feature ensures a smooth check-in experience for attendees. It saved us so much time of our team. Pros Consoft is amazing for onsite check-in execution. The spot registration and instant badge printing features were super efficient and made the entire check-in process smooth. I also liked how customizable the software was—it let us tailor it to match our event's needs perfectly. We can design our own badges & set facilities to scan with permissions. Cons The only issue I faced was that it took a little time to figure out all the features when I first started but they provide the support for how to use it. Our Abstract review was complex process but they done the customization for us & the entire process was very smooth and it took away the burden of scientific team. Also their Idea of providing our recordings on a link is also well appreciated which we done first time for our dermacon conference. Pros They provided us features like download reports, import lists, custom payment reports which saved our lot of time. As we are not much tech people but after training & as senior person I could operate admin module easily. The abstract submission and poster submission module was fantastic. Also they provide us good support in total conference process. Their Abstract related features are very good which saved our time of review process. Cons It satisfies all of our needs but I will suggest them to provide the detail documentation after training. They provided us good support but still there will be no dependency if any help is required.
