My experience with G-Lock EasyMail7 has been first class. I had no prior experience or technical knowledge of e-mail marketing up until 6 months ago. I wasted a ton of time & money with 2 previous EMS platforms, resulting in seriously low open rates & a hit to my domain & IP reputation. I'm so glad I switched my company's platform to G-Lock Apps. The results have been outstanding. The support G-Lock offers is truly amazing. Julia (G-Lock Apps - Head Of Customer Success) has the patience of a saint! She's spent hours in the chat room with me helping to resolve my schoolboy errors & dumb questions, as well as offering tons of helpful advice. Julie also sends out regular blogs with fantastic articles on all kinds of subject matter relating to e-mail marketing. I'd recommend G-Lock EasyMail7 & other G-Lock products for EMS to any type of company large or small. Thank You G-Lock - You've been a real game-changer for my company!

I love the fact you can integrate all the other G-Lock products into one simple easy to use platform with G-Lock EasyMail7 - Amazon SES provides low-cost high volume e-mail sending limits with a high IP reputation - Easily upload your existing contacts into the platform - Fantastic templates allow you to create amazing e-mails - G-Lock Apps Spam Tester allows you to test your e-mail before sending to ensure it lands in the contact's inbox - G-Lock Analytics provides in-depth tracking analysis of all your campaigns - EasyMail 7 has a built-in Bounce handler to analyze, track & manage bounced e-mails - G-Lock Email verification tool is outstanding - I tested it against my previous e-mail verifier tool (ZeroBounce) & it's just as good for a fraction of the price - The overall cost of G-Lock Easymail7 & other G-Lock products is way more cost-effective than any other EMS. I like the fact there's an upfront one-time fee (no hidden costs) for most of the services. My company sends a high volume of e-mails. The ROI is incredible - We can send 65,000 e-mails a day via Amazon SES & our monthly cost is in the $ Hundreds. Other EMS would charge thousands of dollars a month for this service. Before using G-Lock EasyMail7 I used 5 programs from different companies to run the e-mail marketing side of my business. G-Lock EasyMail7 offers a fantastic All-In-One platform!

Cons

I'll have to admit - G-Lock EasyMail 7 is more challenging to set up than previous EMS platforms I've used. This is partly due to all the additional features G-Lock EM7 has to offer vs other EMS platforms. However, you've no need to worry if you get stuck. G-Lock offers amazing support & provides great tutorials & videos to help with every aspect of the platform.

The best thing is the various data sources you can use to get your mailing list from. I use both csv and ODBC and it works perfectly.

We are able to easily send out marketing emails flawlessly! When I needed to ask a question, support was there! When I needed some advice, again support was there :) And when I needed assistance configuring AWS, support gave me unbelievable service. ABOVE & BEYOND what other companies would do. I highly recommend Easymail7. You can't go wrong!

Pros

Does more than expected. I can send emails, and with one click, see all the results, stats, and more! The look and feel of the software make it easy to use. Best of all is the support! CSR, is the BEST!

Cons

I haven't found anything that I don't like.

Created several leaflets (templates provided) - Linked to my Databases in MicroSoft Access and Excel with ease (more compatible options available) - Scheduled all my Email sends for the entire year - sat back and let it all happen without further effort (a Leave and Forget System) I now have Advertising Exposure 300+days a year done automatically. We needed a solution that, first and foremost, would allow us to keep our member data in house. Over the past six or so years we've gone from under 10k delivery every two weeks to nearly a million emails per month on chunks from a few hundred recipients up to over 100k per blast. Being able to connect to a variety of big system databases as well as build quick ad-hoc lists for emergency e-blasts (without sharing our data) has been hugely helpful and not something you find in many higher-end systems. Not paying a per-email fee was also a huge benefit. The customer service has been excellent including a fairly severe bug being patched/released in less than 24 hours. I don't expect that kind of service every time, but it was the first time \*any\* company has been that responsive. The upgrade from version 6 -7 went smoothly and I've come to like using the new version. We have to refresh/correct data in our ad-hoc data lists frequently and they sped this process up immensely. The system interface can be little quirky, but in general is fairly easy to learn. You may need some geeky staff to connect to external databases and I always recommend having some basic knowledge of HTML to be able to fix strange formatting. For some users and some applications, going with some other web-based, ultra idiot-proof product may still be a better option, but buyer beware. Some of those cool products are "free," but you give up control of your data and "free" often turns into "OMG" as your company grows. We also needed a system where we could use our own templates and HTML coding. I haven't used their new templates, so I can't comment on that aspect. I have tried to "upgrade to another product" a few times in the past, but no other vendor has a system that allows such great flexibility with data ... and the price is very reasonable. It is certainly worth trying. (And no, I'm not paid to say any of this. I rarely feel strongly enough to review a product, but for our needs, I'm that impressed and unlike some of our vendors, this company hasn't been bought/sold a dozen times!)

Pros

Ability to keep data in house. Quickly load small "one-off" databases Connect to big SQL databases elsewhere in the organization I like that in version 7, you can set up a client/server based workflow. This helps keep different folks isolated from the main system. Does \*not\* charge per email. That is unusual in this day and age and can be HUGE.

Cons

There are simpler, online solutions if that's what you need. Not everyone wants to install software on their own systems. If you want to run it with multiple users in a server configuration, you may need some technical know how. That's not a con, really, just a heads up.

I use G-Lock to send out emails to my high school graduating class. There were around 450 people in it. I organize the class reunions and keep up a directory for my classmates. G-lock is very easy to use. I was having trouble resetting my password. I contacted G-Lock and they promptly logged into my computer, helped me reset it, and downloaded software so I could update the software. Very efficient!

I have used both EasyMailer Sender and Advanced Email Verifier for 3 years. I have worked with many of their service tech reps and all of them are great, but Julia is the BEST!
