Pros

The customer service. Any issues regarding the templates can be easily fixed by contacting their online customer support.

Cons

Organization of the listings and templates. It is slightly tough to quickly go through my listings to apply templates in bulk.

Professional looking listings with our own branded touch. Fully eBay compliant.

Pros

Easy to use and no need to faff around with HTML for hours on end. The premade templates are also an excellent starting point to build on.

Cons

The mobile optimisation is nowhere near as good as advertised and tends to truncate all widgets and other items into a small area making it unusable.

Higher conversion rate, more professional appearance, and the ability to list straight to Ebay from the software is a nice upgrade!

Pros

The software is easy to use , effective, and produces very professional results. Since I started using CrazyLister my conversions have increased dramatically!

Cons

They update the software often and sometimes when I get use to things the way they are they get updated. The flip side is that the software is always improving!

This software has drastically improved my ebay sales in turn making me more money! Whqt more could you ask for. A fantastic product. Also in the easrly stages the customer support was so quick, friendly and accurate.

Pros

How easy it is to use and create professionally looking designs. Without having previous design experience i have created many listing templates which look like theyve been created by a graphic designer. I also really like how easy it is to keep the design consistent for multiple listings and just changing items specifics.

Cons

Nothing. I like everything. Unfortunatley i cant write much more in this section as i am such a big fan and cant think of anything that can be improved

It's on high level graphic site.

Pros

I like working with images, it's better if I can clean the backround and make it easy for my listing photos.

Cons

The templates it's not "mobile friendly" if I do it myself. I need switch to mobile view and change it for mobile users. It Can be easiest if the computer screen and mobile view can working together.

I highly recommend this. It is the easiest software on making listings. I use it on making listings on ebay and manage to make 20 listings on 20 minutes when it would need over 2 hours.

Pros

It is the easiest software on making listings for ebay (i use it only for ebay as i am not still selling on amazon). I recommend it on anyone I know that sells on ebay. I can use up to 5 ebay accounts. They also send once in a while e-mails with helpful tips on their experience on how and what to sell. I can make templates of listings from the many they have on their database that are very customizable and use them to make listings. I also copy a listing with or without the photos it had and make another one. This feature is very helpful to me as I make a lot of similar listings as the items I sell have same specifications so I need to change little. That way I can make a lot of listings in a short time.

Cons

There aren ‘t any this time. They did not have the function to add or customize a listing with variations but they fixed that and added this feature this month. The only thing is that they increased a lot the price. It is as I think a big negative as using this software helps you to easily increase your listings and now you will have to pay a lot each month.

Pros

once it's set up, it's easy and error free. It was a bit tricky, but enables us to send very nice variation ads directly to eBay.

Cons

it's fine for what it does actually....I do wish the templates were a bit more flexible, with pre-filling conditions and attributes - I guess I could just make more templates!

Cons

It's quite slow to use the editing software. It also takes time to save your work when you finish.The company should take this problem seriously and fix it asap.

It can do almost anything you want it to if you follow their guidelines. They send regular posts explaining various things. Lots of help

Cons

Had to get used to it when building a page in the beginning. This took me a little while as it was not the same as other builders I had used.

Cons

Pros

It's VERY easy to use. Even for someone like me who knows zero about html and writing code. I am a visual person, and for people like me, this auction listing builder is SO easy to use.

Cons

The only thing I would suggest is more pricing plans for more listing options.

Easy to use Good value Continued constant support The main thing i could say is that the support from the team (Din was amazing) when i had integration with Ebay\`s new policies issues was absolutely superb. Instant replies, instant resolution, support, i\`m not bad with code, etc but these guys know everything.

Selection of templates was great, along with color options...there were many categories to choose from

Cons

Very difficult to edit templates...overall navigation was very difficult and time consuming in every way.

Pros

CrazyLister allows you to connect with your eBay listings in a way that is easy and fun. You can create your own templates using a drag and drop system, bulk select and apply new templates and so much more.

Cons

Although CrazyLister has it's pros, there are some weak points. Crazylister is mobile friendly but is almost impossible to use to edit and apply templated to listings. This can be crucial if you're on the move and need to apply urgent updates.

The professional looking templates have my eBay listings look 100 times better than my competitors in the growing / selling of San Pedro Cactus.

Pros

Once you learn how to use it, it makes an excellent eBay listing template. I am confident that CrazyLister is the single most important reason why my sales have dramatically increased to the point that I now believe it really is worth my time to be a seller on eBay!

Cons

For me not being a tech savvy person, some of the features took me some time to figure out. I was extremely frustrated when after learning the program in 2017, they decided to change the way the eBay listing are made!! With the help of customer service I managed to get back on track and again I love the program, but it really took a lot of my time again, just like it did for me in the beginning.

Can quickly make my own professional eBay templates. No longer have to deal with Auctiva and their clunky old templates. Love making my own with my brand.

Pros

Easy to use. New features. Love the Beta on changing existing listings. Can create professional mobile friendly templates without having to know html. Very easy to learn.

Cons

Searching on active listings has a few little glitches. It freezes up on me. It has improved in the past month.

After using this product for 2 years now, I have yet to find a downside. Works flawlessly and quickly. Only experienced 1 minor bug that was promptly fixed and that was when I first started using the product over 2 years ago.

Pros

Easy and fast to learn. Gives you complete control over how your listings look and function. Saw increases of up to 150% when I redid listings using crazylister over the standard eBay templates. Gives a very professional and personalized look to your listings.

Pros

It gives me professional looking listings without having to learn HTML and spend the time to build my own templates. The newer updates are looking like they could make things even easier once the bugs are worked out.

Cons

I think they could push out fixes a bit faster when issues are made known to them. One issue in particular is taking nearly a month to fix.

More presentable ebay content. also the cross-sale element is great, however recently we've got an ebay message about these listings having non secure http content. Is this any related?

Pros

Templates can be duplicated, many formatting options to choose from, quite intuitive, great customer support.

Cons

1\. having to always redo all the text formatting after copy/paste (the software doesn't copy/paste text with formatting). 2. not able to insert multiple image from a library at once.

It's not hard to build eBay template. Integrateable with lots of listing service including easync and priceyak

Cons

Only integrate one platform at a time. Too expensive for number of listing per monthly charges. Not easy to cancel on the platform but from Paypal payment settings

So far it's been great.

Pros

Very, very easy to use. Templates are simple to customize Applying templates and changes is super fast and easy But the feature that I like the most is the picture carousel that displays other products... it is awesome! So far I haven't had the need to contact customer service and everything has worked out great.

Cons

Would like to have a column that displayed the quantities available of each item and also a way to organize by newly listed items and not just newly modified items.

Pros

Makes ebay listings look more professional. Quick to implement and edit changes. Easy to apply changes to multiple listings at once.

Cons

Not always possible to know when they're having issues and not fulfilling their service properly, unless you're on their site uploading or editing a new listing, that's the only way you'll find out. Expensive.

My overall experience so far with CrazyLister has been wonderful. I've gotten rid of tons of products and I've gained also from this software.

Pros

What I love most about Crazylister is you can drag and drop any of your products your willing to sell. This software works mostly from Ebay and Amazon. You can sell any products from small to bulk size which is convenient and can help get rid of a good quantity of products and it's fast, easy and simple to get rid of these products. I am a seller and a product tester, so this software has been a huge help with disposing and receiving multiple products.

Cons

The only downfalls is sometimes you don't run into the most honest people and you do not get paid....fortantly Ebay and Amazon customer service helps out a lot when it comes to products and being paid back for these items thankfully.
