Pros

Before using mycloud software, we were struggling to manage reservations and keeping track of availability, rates and guest information etc. However, with mycloud PMS, all of this information is easily accessible and organised in one place, saving us time and reducing the risk of errors. In addition to the convenience of the platform, I have also been very impressed with the customer support team at mycloud. Whenever I have had questions or issues, they have been quick to respond and provide assistance. They have also been proactive in suggesting ways to optimise our use of the platform and increase my bookings.

Cons

Collaborations with external interfaces as an add-on are certainly useful, but given the international nature, they are sometimes need to find region specific partners for the best collabration.

I personally like the easy to use interface, Managing rates is very easy and it's synchronization with booking.com and agoda etc is seamless, and the support service is outstanding.

Cons

As I mentioned all matters were handled professionally, but I am sure that there is always room for improvement.

My Cloud PMS system offers a range of powerful tools and features, it may not be the best fit for every hotel.

Pros

My Cloud PMS is its cloud-based platform. This allows hotel staff to access the system from any device with an internet connection, making it easy to manage reservations, room assignments, and other tasks on the go. The system is also highly customizable, with a range of options for configuring room rates, setting up automated alerts, and more. My Cloud PMS offers a number of powerful tools for managing hotel operations. These include a real-time reservation management system, which allows staff to quickly view and update room availability, as well as tools for managing housekeeping, billing, and other key aspects of hotel management. The system offers a range of customizable reports that provide valuable insights into hotel performance, occupancy rates, revenue, and more. This data can be used to inform strategic decision-making and improve overall hotel operations. Not very Customer friendly . Every query requires a ticket to be raised and resolution comes after few hours but that is critical during hotel operations
