Like most software's there is a learning curve you need to overcome to tailor it to your business. Pros I like being able to create a work order that flows and is 100% fully customizable. It is easy to use and set up multiple forms for all our data collection needs. Cons Compared to some of the competitors it is a little more difficult to make changes to forms and when trying to get help from customer service it is slower than desired. The ability to build a totally customisable form, that can then be translated onto an independently-created document, allows for professional reporting. While there was a steep learning curve, help was readily available in the form of step-by-step documents, and FastField staff, who can tailor help to your specific issue. Pros The fact that you can create a user-friendly form with all the complexity in calculations/information hidden in the background. This allows you to collect lots of information to format into a report, without overloading the user. The support from the help desk is also fantastic, and they're keen to assist with maximising your use of FastField. Cons The original learning process is quite difficult, although there is a vast array of documents to help talk you through the capabilities of FastField. I also found that, because it's an American system (and I am based in the UK), that there is a delay in receiving a response from admin, although this is a minor issue.
