Pros: It's fairly easy to configure.

Cons: Very buggy. Performance is ipoor, especially if you're using large lists. No phone support is offered which makes troubleshooting difficult, and troubleshooting is necessary on a weekly basis. Have had several instances where users would collect valuable data and data would be lost due to an LOV of a required field not loading correctly. After growing frustrated, I started looking for alternatives and found Forms On Fire (which I wish I would've found in my initial search). I've done some testing and it seems to be a very sophisticated, well-engineered product. Setup is a little more complex, but it seems to be a superior product. I would love to switch but I don't have the man power to execute at this time.
