I have been using eHospital Systems for eight months and four days as the Co-Founder and Chief Data Officer at a my company programs.I am very satisfied with eHospital Systems and would happily give it a 5-star rating. It has delivered real value for our specific internal needs and I would recommend it to other companies looking for a flexible and organized solution to handle employee healthcare management.

Pros

The Patient Registration and Management feature works very smoothly and has made it simple for us to register employees and their family members for health check-ups. The Appointment and Schedule Management is equally strong, allowing us to book internal doctor visits and wellness sessions with much better coordination than our previous manual methods. Overall, the system has centralized everything, reduced errors, and brought more professionalism to our internal health processes. The platform feels reliable and the support team has been helpful whenever we needed assistance during setup.

Cons

I could Not think of anything to dislike about what eHospital system. since I have been using them I didn't notice any disadvantages in them.

We have been using eHospital Systems for about 18 months at our medical center . The biggest benefit for us is that the lab module is built into the EMR. We also have three lab machines connected with a bi-directional interface, so lab results are easier to manage and stay connected with the patient record. This has helped our team reduce manual work and keep patient information, lab orders, and lab results in one place. It is especially useful because our medical center handles both clinical visits and lab work. The scheduling and calendar tools are also helpful for our front desk and clinical team. Patients can be scheduled more easily, and our staff can manage provider availability with less manual follow-up. Overall, eHospital Systems has been a practical system for our medical center. It helps us manage EMR, lab workflow, appointments, patients, and staff activity in one place.

Pros

Some of the things I love daily about eHospital system is the Built-in EMR and lab module, bi-directional integration with three lab machines, easier lab result management, reliable appointment scheduling, better staff coordination, and simple daily use.

Cons

No major cons so far. The system works well for our medical center. More quick training videos for new staff would be helpful.

The Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and medical record management features are the strongest parts for us. The system centralizes all patient and medical data very well, making retrieval fast and reducing manual work. It has improved organization and accuracy in our records management processes. The interface is clean and works smoothly once you spend a little time learning it. We also appreciate the real-time access and how everything is integrated in one platform.

We used the trial daily for about three weeks to benchmark it for client workflows. It’s an excellent, stable framework for any team looking to deploy an integrated hospital system without building it from scratch, provided the mobile latency isn't a dealbreaker for your specific end-users.

Pros

As a software solution provider, we looked at eHospital to see how well it could serve as a ready made digital backbone for some of our healthcare clients. The pre built modules especially the EMR and lab integrations, are incredibly solid and easy to map out. What really stood out during our 3-week evaluation was the underlying speed and reliability of the data transfer. On top of that, their technical support team actually knows what they’re doing; when we had questions about customizing a billing workflow, they got back to us with clear answers instead of generic documentation links.

Cons

The main drawback we noticed while using eHospital system during daily testing was the mobile processing speed.
