I used it for 2 weeks and then sought a new solutions. Agencies cannot upload full applications, in addition the GDPR issue. I would not recommend at all.

Pros

It was easy enough to set up an Iframe careers page with basic branding and a simple framework, to then be able to use the ATS

Cons

It is not GDPR compliant in my opinion. If you choose to have hiring managers access the system, which is the most effective way to make use of an ATS, then they automatically see candidates for ALL active roles. This is not a legitimate reason for accessing candidate date and should be avoided.

Ciao Recruiter, questo messaggio è per te. Sono uno dei tanti che invia i cv con gli annunci e ti prego di non usare più questo software. Per ogni azienda che lo utilizza devo creare un profilo, il problema è che risulta sempre lo stesso indirizzo mail, quindi ogni volta devo reimpostare la password per utilizzarlo con quell'azienda.

Pros

Facilità d'uso generica anche se ridotto ai minimi termini

Cons

Dal punto di vista dell'usabilità è davvero pessimo, visto che sono costretto a far il passaggio della reimpostazione della password ogni volta. Inoltre basta inserire ogni volta i dati manualmente per ogni profilo, l'utente finale vuole che inserito il cv, la stragrande maggioranza dei dati siano inseriti CORRETTAMENTE nei campi e non sempre avviene. Non so dare suggerimenti per altri software per avere un'alternativa, ma questo è il male. Lo utilizzo, mettendo il mio cv solo perchè sono costretto, altrimenti non lo userei.

facile utilizzo e configurazione, inserimento dei dati e del Curriculum vitae, più la panoramica generale dei lavori per cui ci si è candidati, di una stessa azienda

Cons

qualche svantaggio se si inseriscono più mail o con la stessa mail e candidature a lavori tramite inrecruting, gestione un pò confusa e azzeramento delle credenziali

Complessivamente è un ottimo prodotto che ha permesso di snellire notevolmente le attività di selezione.

Pros

Software molto intuitivo e facile da utilizzare. Apportare modifiche e customizzare l'organizzazione delle informazioni è molto semplice e veloce.

Cons

Si dovrebbe migliorare la velocità di risposta del software che alcune volte rende lungo lo screening dei CV.

Ci permette di mantenere più aggiornato il percorso di selezione del candidato, lo spazio del database a disposizione è aumentabile. Positivo avere la possibilità di allegare dei documenti, geolocalizzazione.

Pros

Le funzionalità più importanti sono la possibilità di tenere monitorati i candidati nei vari step del processo di selezione.Buona usabilità.

Cons

Passaggio da vecchio gestionale piuttosto difficoltosa e con perdita di dati. Abbiamo dovuto modificare alcuni processi per adeguarci al flusso del software.Alcune funzionalità possono essere implementate e migliorate: unificazione dei profili doppi, imputazione dati in modo che siano sempre filtrabile e nessuno venga escluso (CAP, sesso,...); il caricamento manuale di CV, il sistema non carica correttamente le informazioni che cattura e deve tutto essere imputato manualmente.

Possibilità di poter pubblicare contemporaneamente su moltissimi portali, un'efficace raccolta dati dei candidati. Gestione ottimale dei candidati durante il processo di selezione

Cons

La ricerca del candidato funziona bene con la ricerca nominale, non altrettanto con altri criteri (es numero di telefono)
