Log keeping.

Cons

Can not remove the "documents" off the app. I have no documents to enter and customer support told me there is no way to remove it and to enter "none". I do not want to enter the word "NONE" every day.

I have used this program for a number of years and suggest it to every possible company that I consult with.

Pros

Logging is much better than many products offered today.

Cons

I'd like to see ease of use for events video be improved. It is good now but the clarity and amount of video could be better.

I have been using keep trucking for 1 year and I like it better than the lastv2 that I have used before

Pros

It very easy to understand even if you don't have much computer knowledge or any for that matter

Cons

Some of the letters are very tiny and it makes hard to read

Pros

It is easily used by everyone with little training. Changes can be corrected when needed. It tracts the equipment and whom is operating it.

Cons

Well it does take some time to get use to it, but that is the way with every new thing being mandated by the Fed.

Tracking the trucks, knowing speeds, knowing which driver is in them for the day. Dispatch doesn't tell me which driver is in what truck for the day.

Cons

Sometimes the truck locations fade out or can't be found.

My overall experience is that I’m gratified and satisfied for the software and the monthly price plan isn’t over priced very fair price plan

Pros

I like the gps feature, the fact that package includes driver dash cam which is very important for companies and protecting at fault accidents

Cons

I have yet to find a reason not to like the software, all pros and no flaws as of the moment

It has been an easy transition to convert over to Motive. I speak to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]ur account manager from Motive weekly to discuss any issues that might have come up.

Pros

Motive has a lot of options that we may or may not use. It is an excellent tool to have and use. Drivers find it user friendly. I learn something new all the time about it and its capabilities.

Cons

We need to have the 3rd signature of the DVIR check off's.

I LOVE THAT I CAN KNOW EXACTLY WHERE MY DRIVER'S ARE AND THE TIME THEY HAVE LEFT

SOMETIMES I AM NOT SURE IF IT IS THE CONNECTION BUT THE ELD ACTS UP AND FREEZES ON MY DRIVERS.

It has been pretty good. Not too many hiccups.

Pros

It is easy to use. Suits our organization very well. Being able to support our drivers by going back on the dashcam when an incident occurs is a great feature.

Cons

I dislike the load board attached to Keep Truckin.
