Better than I could have imagined and definitely already eclipsing the booking systems that I have used in the past for functionality and ease of setup.

Pros

From starting my trial to setting up my live booqable system for my bike hire business, the team at Booqable have been nothing short of amazing in getting me up and running. The features of the product are great and integrated with my Wordpress website through shortcode making the look and feel of my branding easy to maintain. I would definitely recommend Booqable

Cons

There no cons the system does exactly what it says it will and with surprising ease to get all of my products live and my first bookings onboard.

Booqable has been the best rental management platform I've used so far. The interface is intuitive, modern, and easy to navigate, making daily operations much more efficient. The platform offers a strong set of features for inventory management, bookings, and rental workflows, and it has enough flexibility to adapt to different business models.

Pros

The user interface is excellent—clean, intuitive, and easy to learn. The platform provides powerful rental management features and helps streamline inventory and booking processes. What impressed me the most was the customer support. Every issue I encountered was resolved quickly, and the AI support agent was surprisingly effective at providing answers and guidance. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Cons

The biggest area for improvement is integrations with third-party services. While the core platform is strong, some integrations feel limited and require workarounds. I would also like to see better multilingual support and more affordable translation options. With the rapid development of AI technologies, the current pricing for translations feels higher than expected. Another feature that would add significant value is a customer-facing support chat widget that rental businesses could offer directly on their websites.

Very happy. Was up and running and taking booking within 2 weeks and felt the support was excellent.

Pros

Booqable have very clear and upfront pricing. The set up was easy with a great team on hand for help.

Cons

The app could do with a diary but the team showed me an easy solution to this. I did need a bit of help with set up but the team were very helpful.

I have had a great experience with Booqable and I would recommend their services to anyone. From start to finish they have been nothing but excellent.

Pros

As a non technology person I am extremely pleased with booqable. It has been incredibly easy to use from using their own templates for website design to tracking inventory live. Affordability without those hidden fees has been a plus for small business owners like myself. Evetho time zones might have been different their customer support has been excellent throughout my journey. No questions goes unanswered nor resolved. Lastly I love all the features they offer as everything is customizable which is a plus without needing to have a technology degree.

Cons

When I first started to use Booqable their number of templates were very limited. I know they have had major improvements in that area.

Too complicated and not user friendly. If you don’t have a good technology knowledge it was impossible.

My overall impressions are very good. The tool is constantly being developed, as evidenced by reports of new features. Support is a huge plus.

Pros

What I liked most was that this tool responded to my needs. Implementing it into my company took me a day, perhaps because I don't have many products—about 90. Integrating it with my current website was very easy using a shortcode. A big plus is the support team, which responds very quickly and is helpful. The inventory management is very good and intuitive. I needed the option of product sets, and I have them here.

Cons

I was a bit disappointed with the idea of ​​receiving the full version of the software for a trial period, only to discover that most of the features weren't available in the basic package, but in the higher-end one. This wasn't a problem for me, as I still think it's worth the price. The second thing that caught my eye was the lack of a multilingual option. We can only choose one language to manually translate our customer flows into. This is a drawback, as I have clients who speak three languages.

Made my business website look very professional and business-ready very quickly. The support staff are fantastic whenever I needed help.

Pros

The support call was great when doing the initial setup. Has lots of great templates to choose from.

Cons

The subscription prices being converted to local currency equivalents would make it easier for me to understand my financial commitments. If they could help more with SEO for new people would be helpful, like some kind of evaluation tool and feedback to improve would help so much!

Really good having a booking system which doesn’t limit the inventory numbers or takes commission but charges instead for function

Pros

Logical easily laid out booking system. Easy to use, well laid out and products look clean and in a great order

Cons

None really, any settings not seen first thing are easily answered by the bot or failing that plenty agents but the bot is actually very good

Booqable has significantly streamlined our rental operations. It saves us time daily, and the peace of mind knowing we have excellent customer support behind us is priceless. Highly recommend!

Pros

What I love most about Booqable is how intuitive and easy to use the platform is. Setting up our inventory and managing bookings was incredibly straightforward from day one. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely top-tier. Every time I've had a question or needed assistance, the support team has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve if you want to highly customize some of the advanced online store features, but the available guides and support team make it easy to overcome.
