Loading in inventory and photos took me a weekend. After that it mostly stays out of the way, which is what I want from software. Nothing has ever broken in a way that affected a client's event, and that matters more than anything else in weddings. Easily worth what I pay for it. Pros Everything is built around dates, so it tracks when an item goes out and when it comes back. That's exactly how my arches and centerpieces move. I was running a spreadsheet next to a calendar before this and constantly second-guessing whether I could take a second wedding on the same weekend. Availability tracking is the part I'd hate to lose. Quantities update as orders come in, so I'm not double-booking the same centerpieces. Building packages out of individual pieces helps too, since most of my bookings are a bundle rather than one item. The client-facing side looks clean without much effort. People can browse, pick dates, and pay a deposit online, which killed a lot of the back and forth I used to do over email and Instagram. Support has been quick every time I've needed them. Cons Reporting is a bit thin. I can see revenue and bookings easily, but working out which pieces earn their keep means exporting the data and doing it myself. Matching the storefront to my branding isn't perfect, but not a deal breaker at all. Honestly, keeping things slightly generic is best, especially when it comes to responsive site design. The website integration is a BIG plus, and although there are some quirks, in the end it was more or less straight forward. Cons Not crazy about the search function within the backend and also the customer experience using the website, there could be an upgrade there. -Would be helpful if EVERY page saved automatically, some do and some don't. -would love if downtime started automatically as well. -Bundles of Bundles would be helpful -not crazy with how timelines for booking auto (for example a month and a day isn't a month and a day it is 5 weeks)...having to customize every single nuance like that could be very time consuiming htere should be some default options. Customer service is great. Integrated apps work well Pros Booqable has been a great addition to my Rental Company. My customers love being able to book online 24/7. This process frees me and my employees up to put our energy into more important tasks. Being able to book a customer support call has been very helpful. I primarily deal with \[sensitive content hidden\] as my customer service rep and it’s been very positive. I have come across this that Booqable can’t do yet but they always take my request into account and see if they can continue to improve my experience. All in all it’s been great. Cons Something’s are limiting but they’re continuing working on capabilities . Sometimes not being able to get ahold of customer service immediately can be frustrating. But with the Ai tool and the help section a lot can be done without the help of a rep.
