Booqable is easy in use for our rental equipment. Its coming with ready pictures and text, but easy to adjust to your own needs.

It's great for our rental equipment to have a ready site that you can adust to your own wishes. Great customer support and useful faq

Cons

Not all the videos are working that will show you how to use the website. Viva wallet is not integrated.

We have had a positive experience with Booqable as our first platform for our business but will explore other options down the line, as we are limited with what we can do on Booqable, especially as our business grows.

Pros

It's easy to learn and use, mostly flexible, and good value for money. We were able to setup quickly and create a website easily.

Cons

Absolutely everything is an upsell. Want to block time off? Need to pay extra for that. Want to export a report? Need to pay extra for that. Want to put a note in an order? Need to pay extra for that. Someone found the silliest ways to cap usage and upgrade accounts, which are really limiting. I am all for having different tiers, but none of the caps in Booqable make any sense and are really frustrating. For our business model, we also need different pickup and delivery order rules which is currently not available.

I used the free trial to explore the software and got that extended to make sure I was really satisfied that it would perform for me. I was able to get a running workable site up with in 3 weeks and start taking bookings. It was very easy to use the inventory management side of the software.

Pros

The Customer service has been outstanding. Their Ai chat bot has talked me through setting up so much and when we reached its limit a human was able to take over.

Cons

There are some industry specific features that I would love to have in booqable. We have found simple work a rounds that have mitigated that problem.

Pros

Booqable has been the perfect tool to build my online rental business. It’s incredibly easy to use, even without a technical background, and everything just works smoothly. What really stands out is their customer support—fast, helpful, and genuinely invested in solving any issues.

Cons

Setting up a shop with a large number of products can take quite a bit of time, especially the uploading process. However, once you get familiar with the system, everything becomes much smoother and more efficient.

Love the ability for customers to book rentals immediately from our website. Their support team is amazing making the system super easy to use!

Cons

There are some functions like mass updating products and extra checkout box options when having specific items in the cart. From what I understand, these are in the works to being added!

So far its been great. The custom website developer has suited my needs well! Im very excited to make my first order as a new small buisness.

Pros

Easy to learn and the the Ai help bot is great at teaching. Every time i have a question I can snip a image of my screen and attach it to my question in the help station. The chat bot always has the right answer.

Cons

That with the basic subscription that I cant use the 24hr buffer for my rental products. It seems like a basic function and the next tier subscription is to expensive for a new small buisness.

Overall, it's been excellent. The onboarding has been amazing. I met with \[sensitive content hidden\] and she was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. She made sure I walked away feeling comfortable with the explanations she provided and followed up with more links after our meetings.

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use. There are multiple videos throughout the system that walked me through the process. These videos were very helpful and made the process very enjoyable.

Cons

I dislike the limitations is has on different services. For example, it all or nothing. What I mean by this is that I have to chose the same availability model for all of my products but it does not apply in the real world as it relates to my business. I've had to find workarounds to address my need.

Booqable is the platform I use for my rental business. The backend for inventory management is very user-friendly, and it’s also easy to communicate with your customers. I’m still just getting started with this business, but Booqable is helping me set things up well for the future. Plus, their support team is very helpful, so you’re in good hands with this platform.

Pros

Their customer service is great. I was missing a specific feature that was included in a different pricing plan. That was the only thing I needed. They were very helpful in resolving that. They really went the extra mile. I appreciate that. The platform is user-friendly, and their website builder is easy and intuitive to use.

Cons

I sometimes find their website builder lacks a bit of flexibility—for example, when it comes to adding custom HTML. I’d also like to see more options and features in the website builder’s sections, as that would encourage creativity. Overall, their backend is very user-friendly.

Die Software überzeugt durch ihre Zuverlässigkeit, Benutzerfreundlichkeit und den klar strukturierten Funktionsumfang, der unseren Arbeitsalltag deutlich erleichtert. In Kombination mit dem stets erreichbaren und kompetenten Kundenservice ergibt sich ein rundum stimmiges Gesamtpaket. Für unsere Anforderungen im Vermietungsbereich ist Booqable eine optimale Lösung, die unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Booqable überzeugt als äußerst leistungsfähige und zuverlässige Softwarelösung für Vermietungsprozesse. In unserem Unternehmen setzen wir das Tool gezielt für die Vermietung von PA- und Lichtanlagen ein – mit durchweg positiven Ergebnissen. Die Plattform bietet einen klar strukturierten und funktionsreichen Ansatz, der sämtliche relevanten Abläufe abdeckt: von der Verfügbarkeitsprüfung über die Buchungsverwaltung bis hin zur Kundenkommunikation. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Stabilität des Systems – alle Funktionen laufen reibungslos und ohne erkennbare Ausfälle, was im operativen Geschäft von entscheidender Bedeutung ist. I’ve been using Booqable for my Vespa rental business for three years now, and I’m very satisfied with it. The app is also user-friendly and convenient to work with. The customer service is excellent—they go above and beyond to resolve any issue you may have. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the basic plan does not allow you to create discount codes.

Pros

Easy to work with, great customer service. The option for instant payouts is also a very nice feature.

Cons

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create discount codes for customers with the Basic plan—you need to upgrade for that, which is a bit disappointing.
