I have an equipment rental business and have been down all day with a "You are already signed in " error. I'm not signed in anywhere else and there is no way to end all sessions if one got hung. Unacceptable! I have customers who want to book, and now I'm having to do everything manually. I've tried writing customer support but have gotten 0 responses. They have no support number to call or anything... so I'm screwed. They're based in the Netherlands, so either they are too busy getting high or sleeping. If you run an international company, you MUST provide 24-hour support. Penny" June 21, 2026 5.0 I have submitted dozens of suggestions for improvements, and the Booqable team always takes them into consideration and has integrated many of them. This software is constantly improving — when I was on the fence about leaving for another rental app heading into my second season, I came back specifically because of their enhancements and new features. As a solo operator running a mobile lake gear rental business in Montana, Booqable makes my one-woman operation look like a full team. As long as they keep listening to the clients who are actively trying to scale, I will happily stay on. Highly recommend. Pros Booqable is an awesome rental software app that has really impressed me. The AI help is on point, and gets better and more intuitive every day. I'm able to build professional quotes, contracts, and invoices with my branding in minutes. The email template system with dynamic variables saves me hours every week. Booqable embeds seamlessly into my Shopify site for online booking (though I wish I would have built my site through Booqable from the beginning, but I'm too far down the SEO and google indexing rabbit hole now to switch it up, unfortunately). The mobile app is crucial for me and lets me manage orders from my delivery van between drop-offs. New tap-to-pay POS feature is a game changer for on-site transactions and speed. Since I'm only a summer-seasonal business, it's nice that I'm able to PAUSE my subscription so that I'm not paying out of pocket while there's no revenue coming in. Cons It took me a full season to get used to the inventory management, pricing methods, and finding workarounds for my unique rental business. But once I worked through the learning curve, my perspective changed completely and I'm much faster overall with back-end operations. I do wish there were more pricing methods since I offer hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rentals across all of my products. I do not recommend the built-in delivery app for my particular business — it's clunky. Instead, add "delivery service" as an add-on product in your inventory and adjust pricing as needed based on distance. The document CSS customization for logo sizing on PDFs could be more intuitive, and a customer first name variable separate from full name would be a helpful addition to email templates. That said, I've submitted several feature requests along the way — including tap to pay (which they now have) and adding a tipping method at checkout or at the end of rental retrieval (I currently use a custom STRIPE tip request link in my email templates) — and the Booqable team has a strong track record of actually listening and implementing client suggestions, which is rare. It's only getting better with every update! The online store builder is very intuitive and user friendly. The provided templates give a great base to then customize to our hearts' desire. We have no technical issues getting our business up and running online, and any queries we had regarding how to implement a specific feature set, was answered swiftly by a human CSR, or even sometimes immediately by their AI chat bot. All around, 10/10 would recommend. Pros I like the ease with which Booqable allowed me to create my online store presence and start accepting bookings. As I continue to grow and more features are added I think this will continue to be the platform I use going forward. Pros It was very easy to use and set up. I have very little website building experience and I felt like I could do everything by myself. When I did run into issues I was able to reach out and get very prompt support. I chose the lowest tier of pricing and felt like that was adequate for what I needed to get started. I'll likely explore the next tier up as my business begins to scale to unlock even more features. Cons It would really streamline my process to have a waiver esignature capture capability native to the software. I rent bounce houses and some of them have a wet or dry option which I thought I could use the variations for however, when someone reserved the dry option the wet option was still available to be reserved. I ended up having to create bundles to be able to offer both options but accurately display availability. They are very pleasant to work with. Pros I have tried a few rental platforms in the past, and this has been the easiest to implement and manage. The backend is very well organized, with lots of helpful videos and instructions to assist and guide you through the process. When I have been stuck, their online agents have been very responsive and helpful in guiding me through the process. Cons There are a couple of custom features that we require that are not currently available, but the Booqable team assisted us with a good workaround. Pros It's easy to learn and use, mostly flexible, and good value for money. We were able to setup quickly and create a website easily. Cons Absolutely everything is an upsell. Want to block time off? Need to pay extra for that. Want to export a report? Need to pay extra for that. Want to put a note in an order? Need to pay extra for that. Someone found the silliest ways to cap usage and upgrade accounts, which are really limiting. I am all for having different tiers, but none of the caps in Booqable make any sense and are really frustrating. Every time I have contacted Booqable through the chat they have quickly answered my questions. I like that the chat is easy to use and that you don't have to jump through hoops to speak to someone technical. Pros Booqable is really easy to use, which I think is so important as everyone is so busy. We set Booqable up in a relatively short space of time, I was really surprised about that. If you are not sure about anything at all you can go on the chat with customer services. It's really easy and they quickly answer your questions and stay with you until you have resolved all your issues. It is so quick to add new inventory items, change orders, send payment requests. Sometimes we help our customers by setting an account up for them, which is a great feature, then we can quickly build their order together as they are deciding what they need. We do get regular updates on any new features or changes. I also like that you receive an email once an order has been paid for. We looked at a few products before we chose Booqable, ease of use and value for money made it a very easy decision. August 6, 2025 5.0 Overall, our booking and inventory management experience since adopting Booqable has been amazing, and we are glad to recommend the platform. Pros Booqable is a great digital Rental Management System in that, since we adopted it we have never had any occasion to mix up customer orders, because it adequately supports our inventory management. Although we struggled with the cost at the beginning, we overtime have realised that its value for money. On customer support from our own experience, Booqable is usually very responsive to queries and very quick to resolve all the issues we have raised. Booqable has so many helpful features, that help streamline workflows, while resolving and bug issues promptly. More importantly, Booqable offers a 2-factor authentication signing for security of the account, and is flexible in that that they are always open to consider any iterations or improvement we request for. Cons We would like to be able to share invoices with clients, preferably via WhatsApp and or Email straight from the platform, rather than having to download them before doing so. The creation of blogs and pages on the storefront and website is difficult. Add more payment options other than PayPal and Stripe, especially for countries like Nigeria. Edit the report to show honoured invoices and not to show cancelled invoices, or at least be able to decide the options.
