I've even had them follow up after a issue had been resolved. This has been a really great experience so far! Pros All the features that's offered for the price is a excellent value. Cons The worse part was navigating the website builder. This was really the first time I had ever done anything like that. On the backend, everything is very simple and straightforward. Pros I like how easy it is to list things, and the usability for the folks who want to book things out from us. The calendar function has simplified so much of our work without have to cross reference so many different things. Pros Affordable but has a lot of features when you dig into it. Makes tracking rental inventory quite easy and gives a more progressional look to the rentals Cons No built in waivers. I used to work with external apps and that sometimes caused problems for the overall operation of the site. Booqable strongly supports this in offering a very stable unit and that is very nice to know. No worries about the website working properly... this is over and now I can fully focus on my work. Pros I was looking for a solution for my trailer rental business for a long time. Booqable has everything I need. Website template, booking program, payment program and customizable documents for a very good price. Cons At first I stumbled a bit trying to find my way around the system. But this was resolved very well by the helpdesk. I received a solution to every question. Pros It is very simple and has everything I need in one place, it meets my needs as an equipment rental business while also being very affordable enough for a start up! Cons I just want to be able to send documents/contracts to customers for digital signatures or at least have the ability to attach the document once it is signed. Then I discovered Booqable. Booqable does everything! The platform has every feature you can think of and they are constantly updating and providing new and improved options. Very easy to use and great customer service when you are new to the platform working out the kinks. I highly recommend using Booqable! Pros Very easy to integrate with my existing Squarespace site; updates my website in real time if I make any changes on the backend. We are very disappointed because, based on their demo/trial, their system seems to be a one-stop solution. On top of that, they pay influencers to spread lies about the system! Pros We feel like we wasted our time and money buying this cheap service. Cons In general, they fail to understand the real needs of their clients in this competitive market. I keep my fingers crossed that the submitted ideas will be implemented by the development team quickly, because there are quite a few of them :D Pros Booqable is the best platform I could find at the moment for rental products at the market. Very intuitive platform, enabling independent service. Possibility to track status and history for each product separately. Great rental calendar and a system connected to it in the background, booking reserved products. Last but not least - Great support team!!! :) Cons There are still many possibilities for the development of the platform. A milestone would be to build an integration mechanism that would allow simple connection via API with payment providers other than Stripe and with courier companies. Review Source RI Robert I.
