I would recommend it to anyone Pros This is great value for your money, they listen to their customers and make improvements to their app. Cons The search function can be buggy. It won't yield the correct search results. Also, we wish we could use a different merchant; Stripe's turnaround time is horrible. Square pays the next day, Stripe could be a week. Pros This is a fantastic tool for managing our internal filming equipment rental. You can adjust pricing, get quotes, manage stock etc etc. Cons No complaints at all. I guess the interface could we a little sleaker but really I don't have any problems with Booqable. It looks professional, clients are coming in, the business is thriving. Pros I have enjoyed the hassle free integrated website builder, less apps to manage and looks as good as Wordpress. Overall Booqable is Cons There’s a couple minor things like the in-app translator (for backend) which is automatic and pretty bad. It has worked effectively and efficiently, and support has been helpful the few times it has been required. Pros Booqable was the only platform that worked the way we wanted a platform to work. From ease of use, to features provided, it is the best choice for us. Cons The first essential plan seems to be a good/fair value for money. The higher tier plans seem to be rather expensive. As someone who is not tech savvy at all, they have made starting my business a breeze! Pros I like that it was very easy to set up my online shop. Their support team is also extremely quick to reply with help to any help messages I send, and their YouTube videos allow for step-by-step troubleshooting that is easy to follow. Cons Certain features are missing, like the ability to add in a google tag if using the Booqable website templates. Also, delivery was not an option, but they have recently updated that and are currently beta testing a delivery feature, which I am super excited for. Pros This is so easy to use - we’ve been manually tracking our small rental digger fleet on a white board and writing invoices and delivery notes. We signed up to a free trial and to be honest within about an hour we were up and running. The flexibility the software gives you to customise the language on documents and the way we can style the bookings the way we want them is fantastic - it’s been a real game changer for 007Diggers and it’s already starting to pay for itself. Cons The only con I can think of is when I started with Booqable they didn’t have the website builder so I made my website with a different company and now Booqable offers something that I already paid for. We will probably use it forever. The clean look and the ease of adding pictures is really important for us, plus the checkout process and the calendar make scheduling time easy. Pros I switched from another rental softqare. I actually dont use payment options as I run a nonprofit lending library. All the other software for runninglending livraries is more expensive and more cluttered than Booqable. Being able to easily add pictures to items, take things in and out of inventory, and add notes, made the process feel so much better. It feels wonderful to use and really took the hassle out of the process for us. I also need to shout out to their AI Assistant. I know its weird, but truly offers exceptional service and correct answers to my nuanced questions without having to wait on a rep or explain in detail to another human. Cons There is very little I don’t love about Booqable, but it is a shame that exporting data costs extra. It makes doing a physical reinventory difficult when I cant see things in a simple excel form and check numbers off a list. Review Source Jay P.
