Pros I have just created my online store with Booqable and found it very easy to navigate. I had many questions via customer support which were answered promptly and with detail. A very friendly support team! My many products were a breeze to add as were all my customers previous my previous site. The cost is good value compared to others for the included features. Happy so far! I get regular emails on the bugs/issues and updates that get fixed which is great! I can create and track profiles of individual customers and custom products that fit a variety of use cases. I've enjoyed the customization available for listings and communication with renters, as well as the many options for setting our own rental calendar (for booking, pickup and drop off that works for our staff). Pros Booqable has a robust suite of features and integrations that have helped get our rental program up and running. I've been able to fully integrate and feature our products on our website and coworking platform. Cons Some of our customers/members get confused needing a separate account with booqable to rent equipment. I wish there was a way to better integrate boqable with our coworking membership and rental platform (maybe with an integration into proximity, like we have with stripe, salto and zapier)? It was fine the way it system organized it by number before. Pros Booqable is super easy to use and very easy to teach new employees how to use. The interface is simple and straight forward. I've gotten a lot done in the 2 week trial they offered and immediately was influenced to purchase my plan. Pros I was looking for a website to begin my entrepreneurial journey in starting my camera rental business but it seemed like every website builder I found was missing an important aspect. I found Booqable and they had everything that I needed from booking calendars to allowing customers to purchase off of an online store where they had templates for websites ready to go. Im super excited to see how far my business can go as this is a great value for my buck. Cons I don't necessarily love how some of the important pieces like coupon codes and other features aren't available for the small business plan. I'm just starting out and I don't need the extra features as a mature business would but something like coupon codes and being able to block time off would be nice to have. We use booqable for all of our rental inventory management and have not had any issues so far. Cons I don't like that I cant remove line item pricing on finalized invoices (i.e show just the total amount at the bottom). I decided to switch tools because I found the previous one too rigid and static. With Bookable, I benefit not only from a platform that is simpler to use, intuitive, fast, and straightforward — the process of uploading the products in my catalogue is extremely quick — but also from a well-designed mobile app that allows me to manage everything easily while I’m on the go. I also truly appreciate the attention and responsiveness of the customer care department. Pros user friendly, customer support very useful and caring, flexibility. It's even cheaper compared to the one I was subscribed Cons I can't edit the event on the google calendar. It enables me to reach more customers while presenting a robust back office system. Customer support is amazing as well. Pros Booqable is an efficient platform to use for our car rental business. The customer support is very good at answering setup questions I had. I have not yet fully used all the available options as I am still in the process of discovering and learning them but it took me no time in getting a functional rental website setup. Cons While structuring and laying out the website is good, it could be better in future updates. It is no means bad or hard to use as it is but there is space for improvement.
